Toei has announced a number of new casting details for the upcoming streaming projects Rider Time: Kamen Rider Zi-O VS Kamen Rider Decade!

In addition to Masahiro Inoue reprising his role as Kamen Rider Decade (for possibly the last time), this project will see the return of fellow world-traveler Onodera Yūsuke– the AU Kamen Rider Kuuga played once again by Ryouta Murai.

A number of other Rider alumni will be making cameos in this streaming special- including Kamen Rider Gaims own Metal Yoshida as a Yakuza housewife.

The most interesting reveal concerns a pair of new Rider forms for the lead characters-

*Kamen Rider Zi-O will receive a new RideWatch for the current hero, Kamen Rider Saber– unlocking the power of Kamen Rider Zi-O Decade Armor Saber Form.

*Kamen Rider Decade activates a new model K-TOUCH to channel the powers of all Kamen Rider Final Forms- creating Kamen Rider Decade Complete Form 21!

The two part Rider Time specials are currently scheduled for release on the Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club streaming service beginning February 9 2021.

Toei has announced two new Kamen Rider projects for the Japanese streaming services TELASA & Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club– featuring the King of Time Kamen Rider Zi-O and the Destroyer of Worlds, Kamen Rider Decade!

The new specials are officially titled-
*Rider Time- Kamen Rider Zi-O VS Kamen Rider Decade: The Seven Zi-Os
*Rider Time- Kamen Rider Decade VS Kamen Rider Zi-O: The Decade House Death Game

Actors So Okuno and Masahiro Inoue will reprise their iconic roles of Kamen Rider Zi-O & Kamen Rider Decade respectively. Legendary tokusatsu writer Toshiki Inoue will develop the script while Kamen Rider veteran Satoshi Morota will serve as director.

Both new Rider Time specials are scheduled for release on February 9 2021.

Even with a healthy amount of previous releases mixed in, that’s quite the stack of new reveals from the event. There’s a magnificent display of older releases surrounding the entire rider display that essentially adds up to most if not all of the regular Rider releases from the last decade. It’s an impresssive sight to behold and one that we don’t have the time to list out every individual figure for. New magazine images have revealed that Kamen Rider Decade Complete Form will be joining the S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou line next year! The final form of the 10th anniversary Heisei Rider will include his Ride Booker in carrier, sword and gun modes, with any further accessories yet to be revealed.

The figure will be released as a Tamashii web exclusive in March 2021, with a price tag of 7500 yen. Official images are yet to be released, but stayed tuned to Tokunation and we’ll update you as soon as they are!

Missed out on some Shinkocchou Seihou Figuarts that have skyrocketed in value in recent times? Lucky for collectors, Bandai has some wonderful alternatives for you. Joining the ever popular Figure-Rise Standard line of Model Kits are Kamen Riders Hibiki & Decade!

Leaks of these two made their way out just a few weeks ago, but now they’ve been officially revealed and they look absolutely stunning. Striking the perfect balance of collector quality and scratching that Gunpla building itch at the same time, these Figure-Rise kits would make excellent additions to any collection in lieu of or in tandem with your Figuarts.

Figure-Rise Hibiki is headed your way in October 2020 for 3740 yen while Decade will join him shortly after in December, for 3520 yen. Watch out for pre-orders at all major online import retailers. “Henshin!”

When the Destroyer of Worlds, Kamen Rider Decade, embarked on a journey through the worlds of the Heisei Riders he came upon something familiar. A world, besieged by the ancient Gurongi, and protected by a hero bearing the Linto Tribe’s Arcle. But beneath this familiar form, was someone different. Often unsure of his abilities, but ready to protect the smiles of the people of his world, Yusukue Onodera stood against darkness as Kamen Rider Kuuga! Choosing to join Tsukasa on his journey through dimensions, protecting everyone’s smiles on the way, Yusuke grew into the confident hero he was also meant to be.

From Tamashii Nations we have what some would say is a long overdue release in the form of Kamen Rider Kuuga Mighty Form (Decade Version)! At first glance this figure would seem identical to the original Shinkocchou Seihou Kuuga, but in fact the suit used in Decade (which is reflected in this figure) had a subtle metallic red sheen to it. Outside of this though, what we have here is an identically constructed and accessorized figure to the original Kuuga release. Which is not a bad thing! Shinkocchou Seihou Kuuga was a brilliant figure when it was released, and this clever reissue of the mold will not only work for fans seeking to complete a Decade collection, but it also gives collectors who missed it the first time around another chance to handle this excellent figure.

Bluefin has announced the next entries in their new Kamen Rider distribution plan!

Two fan-favorite henshin devices will be available for purchase:

*The Sengoku Driver from Kamen Rider Gaim! This new release likely echoes the recently-announced 20th Version– which includes only the Orange LockSeed and the Gaim faceplate. The Sengoku Driver will be released in March 2020!

And-

*The DX DecaDriver from Kamen Rider Decade! This release will include a selection of Decades’ Rider Cards but an exact count has not been confirmed yet. The DecaDriver will be released in April 2020!

Kamen Ride! Wow! Decade! Decade! Decaaaaaade!

With Tsukasa Kadoya’s arrival, the world is always in danger. The Destroyer of Worlds has witnessed or instigated the destruction of many, for better or worse. And allying himself with the Time Jackers raises many questions. But entrusting his power to Sougo, raises even more. Decade Ridewatch in hand, Zi-O will don the Decade Armor to face both Kamen Rider Decade, as well as Ohma Zi-O! Will the power of the 10th Heisei Rider be enough, or will Sougo have to take some of the power of Ohma for his own, just to survive?

Joining the Zi-O line up of S.H. Figuarts, Decade Armor gives us our 4th Sougo in the line. And although I’ve yet to handle Zi-O II, each is just unique enough from the last to give it a slightly different feel and personality. While much of this mold is engineered similarly to previous outings, this one is more or less all new. Armed with the Ride Heisaber, this powered up form may make a great addition to your Zi-O collection.

A pair of exclusive SH Figuarts have been confirmed for the upcoming Tamashii Nations 2019 event, currently scheduled for October 25-27 2019.

*First up is a much-wanted Shinkocchou Seihou release- Kamen Rider DiEnd! The ultimate treasure hunter is recreated in superb detail, including both his original DiEnd Driver and the Neo DiEnd Driver used during his appearances in Kamen Rider Zi-O. Seihou DiEnd is priced at 7700 Yen.

*Next up is the Greatest Best Match, Kamen Rider Build RabbitDragon! The final combination from fan-favorite series Kamen Rider Build, this release will also include the legendary Pandora’s Box that kicked off the series’ adventures. Build RabbitDragon will cost 6050 Yen.

Last week, news emerged that a reissue of sorts was planned for S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Kuuga. Details had been sparse save from the Decade Version designation it was given. Thankfully a full set of official images has just been released via Tamashii Nations.

S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Kuuga (Decade Ver.) will be a part for part reissue of the original Seihou Kuuga Mighty Form with some paint differences. The shade of red used on the Decade Kuuga suit is a bit brighter while the gold accents are a bit deeper as well. This reflects the way the original Kuuga suit changed between filming for the Kuuga TV series and the Decade one. Having been repainted previously, in an attempt to color match the suit to it’s original scheme, Toei did miss the mark a little. This resulted in a subtly unique version of Kuuga for Decade, and this figure represents that.

Many collectors who missed out on the original Seihou Kuuga release will undoubtedly be happy to see this unique reissue, allowing them to finally pick the figure up for a reasonable price. Kuuga Decade Version will be out as a retail release in October for 6050 yen, which is still 650 yen more than the original release. No new accessories are included with this release.
