S.I.C. Kamen Rider Wizard Flame Style Fully Revealed

Posted on April 16, 2014 at 4:09 am by ZeoRangerV under Kamen Rider

As the Super Imaginative Chogokin line continues to celebrate its 15th anniversary, the Tamashii Nations website has opened a special new page to reveal the latest figure in the line – Kamen Rider Wizard Flame Style!

Not only are these the first colour images we’ve seen of SIC Wizard, but the page also reveals a special feature unique to this version of Wizard. The figure will also include alternate parts to create an alternate version of Flame Style based on the Garuda PlaMonster! Also in the set will be the Garuda itself, along with sword and gun versions of the WizarSwordGun.

The page also revealed that Land, Hurricane and Water Styles are currently in planning stages!

SIC Kamen Rider Wizard Flame Style will be released in August, with pricing details to be revealed soon!

FigureRise 6 Inch Kamen Rider Kabuto PhotoGallery by Shishisoh

Posted on March 26, 2014 at 11:46 pm by Kiryu under Kamen Rider

Bandai’s FigureRise line makes a comeback, starting with the man who will rule over all the toy shelves: Kamen Rider Kabuto!

Our photo gallery for this model kit comes courtesy of photographer Shishioh, and his photos do confirm that the Kit does indeed come with parts to swap it into Masked form!

The downside is that a few of the kit’s detailing will be done up via stickers, as part of the model kit nature but the kit itself seems as poseable as the old S.H.Figuarts Kabuto figure. You can click here to see here full gallery.

Nihon Edition DX Gosei Great Megazord Now On Amazon

Posted on March 13, 2014 at 5:24 pm by Kiryu under Power Rangers, Super Sentai

At last year’s Toy Fair, Bandai announced the domestic release of the DX Gosei Great mould that saw release in Japan akin to the Samurai Megazord.

The toy has finally resurfaced and is now available for pre order  on Amazon. Though the website lists it as the “Legendary Megazord”, the toy photoed is indeed the Gosei Great  not to confuse it with the US name for Gokaioh.

No word on a street date was given, but Amazon.com lists the Nihon Edition DX Gosei Great for $80 with a Free Shipping listing available.

Bandai has released new of the recently announced Figure Rise 6 inch Kamen Rider kabuto and Faiz model kits.

The images gives us a  closer look at the accessory count and both will include a display stand. Faiz’s phone will be able to flip out and convert from phone and gun modes but even more shocking is that Kabuto will include the Kabuto Mizer, a weapon that both versions of his Figuarts missed.

In addition, Kabuto’s image gallery has all but confirmed that we’ll be getting a Dark Kabuto version.

Both kits are still scheduled to come out in March, with Faiz retailing 2000 yen and Kabuto costing 2300 yen.

S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Shin – May Tamashii Web Exclusive!

Posted on December 20, 2013 at 12:39 am by Den-O under Kamen Rider

In what’s surely going to surprise many fans and please many others, one of the most short lived riders of the (technically) Showa era will finally receive the S.H. Figuarts treatment! Set for release in May as a Tamashii Web Exclusive is none other than Kamen Rider Shin!

Kamen Rider Shin isn’t entirely recognizable to all fans, mostly because of his very few appearances. Originally intended to be a new Kamen Rider aimed at the now adult fans of the original series, Shin first appeared in Shin Kamen Rider Prologue. As the name implies a series was meant to follow up the film. However that  never materialized because of the films bizarre horror/monster angle and excessive violence which drastically departed from what rider fans had experienced before. Shin would later go on to reappear in All Riders Vs. Dai Shocker, Let’s Go Kamen Riders, and the first Super Hero Taisen.

S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Shin will be released in May as a Tamashi Web Exclusive for 4320 yen.
