The latest promo for Power Rangers Super Megaforce Episode 2 “Earth Fights Back” has a very surprising new element!
As explained by Gosei, the Legendary Powers can also unlock Ranger Forms that were never seen on Earth- specifically, the “DaiRanger” costumes that were passed over during “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” Season 2 and have never been used by Saban before now!

A new preview for this weeks upcoming second episode of Power Rangers Super Megaforce has just been posted online! Episode 2 “Earth Fights Back” will be out this Sunday February 23rd. But until then enjoy this taste of the episode featuring a brief look at the the SPD Delta Runner Legendary Zord! And of course poor Jake dressed as the Mr. Brainfreeze mascot!
And a brief summary of the episode “While the rest of the team works with the civilians to rebuild their city, Troy stumbles upon a plot by the Armada to launch missiles at major cities throughout the world.”

Former Power Rangers stunt coordinator Jeff Pruitt has put up another production video from the filming of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers’ second season in Japan- a collection of footage generally referred to by fans as “Zyu2.”
While there is no sound, this video gives us great detail on the Zyu2 era footage and even includes a number of shots that went unused by Saban!
It just wouldn’t be a show without the Power Rangers Super Megaforce there to promote their new product and their new show! Our crew was able to have the Rangers stop and pose for some pictures. Check them out after the jump!
After we first got word of the possible next Power Rangers series just 2 days ago you’d think it would be a while before any more solid information would come out. Well Saban Brands has officially confirmed the existence of Power Rangers Dino Charge and released the initial marketing poster for the series! Main image comes from Toy News International, back cover via Rangercrew.
The thought was that this series may be a combination of footage from Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters & Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. Using much the same formula as Megaforce & Super Megaforce. Instead it looks like it may be solely an adaptation of Kyoryuger. Time will tell if any of the footage from Go-Busters may still be adapted but at this point there’s strong evidence that it may not be.

An article in USA Today noticed by the good people at RangerCrew describes the 22nd Season of Power Rangers to begin in 2015 as “Power Rangers Dino Charge.” The story-
In Dino Charge, the Paragon Prisms were given to a dozen dinosaurs for safe keeping by an alien, but they were lost when asteroids hit the Earth and wiped out the dinos. Now in the present day, an intergalactic bounty hunter starts sniffing around Earth looking for the Prisms in order to harness their power and annihilate the world, so a team of Power Rangers forms to find the Prisms first and fight the bounty hunter and other threats with dino-powered swords, blasters, Zords (in Power Rangers lingo, large fighting machines) and MegazordsIf this is indeed true it means Saban has skipped Go-Busters source footage and is moving right to Kyoryuger- which we previously heard was not allowed based on their current licensing agreement with Toei. Today is Toy Fair day in the United Kingdom and Bandai UK are present with an impressive display of Power Rangers Super Megaforce merchandise and figures! While there doesn’t seem to be anything on display that isn’t already out in the wild in the US, Bandai UK are gearing up for the next installment in the Power Rangers franchise to hit the UK soon.
