It’s the return of the king here at TokuNation! Today we’re proud to present a long awaited new gallery, Ultra-Act Ultraman King!

Ultraman King, the ancient elder of the Ultra race, has guarded his people for generations operating in secret. Sometimes he intervenes or trains young heroes, but he’s always watchful. And this legendary hero has at long last joined his brothers in the Ultra-Act line! A recent Tamashii Web Exclusive, Ultraman King includes his own personal cape/mantle, his signature King Hammer, the Great Protector armor, and several sets of additional hands. A unique Ultra-Act release, King has some of the more snazzy duds for an Ultra, and sports the even more rare facial hair. His hammer also puts him in the small group of toku heroes that call it their weapon of choice as well. An interesting and offbeat release to say the least, for many Ultraman King has been a dream come true for the line.

The official TV-Asahi website has updated with a longer version of the preview video for Ninninger as well!

A brief teaser for the 39th Super Sentai Series aired during today’s Super Hero Time! programming block. This gives us our first look at the Shuriken Sentai Ninninger team  in combat and in Mecha! We also get a breif taste of the upcoming theme song!

Some new details about the music in the upcoming 39th Super Sentai Series have come online!

The Ninninger opening theme is called Saa, Ike Ninninger and will be performed by Yohei Onishi a veteran tokusatsu performer who released a song for Toq6 earlier this year- Ame no Chi Rainbow.

Meanwhile, the Ninninger ending theme will be called Nan Ja Mon Ja ! Ninja Matsuri and performed by Daiki Ise a member of the Japanese music group Project R.

Shuriken Sentai Ninninger is set to premiere February 15 2015 and these musical singles will be released in stores on March 18, 2015.

Going along with the Gaim Gaiden V Cinema story info that just dropped earlier tonight, Bandai updated new release info for the DX Taboo Lock Seed and Face Plate set!

The pair appears to be bundled with the Gaim Gaiden BluRay and DVD Combo Pack that will be coming out April 2015. No price was given, but unfortunately Japanese BluRays tend to be expensive, so this set might be too pricy for some.

Some new images for the upcoming Kamen Rider Gaim Gaiden special have been posted online.

This story will introduce Amagi Kureshima the father of Takatora and Mitsuzane. Amagi is portrayed by none other than Minori Terada– better known to most Kamen Rider fans as Ryubee Sonozaki of Kamen Rider W!

As previously reported, two new Kamen Riders will appear in this special. The magazine scans have revealed their identities but we will keep those details hidden out of respect for fans who wish to remain unspoiled:

*Kamen Rider Idunn

Spoiler:
is Touka Akatsuki a servant of the Kureshima household. Idunn has the power to control Helheim Cracks at will.

*Kamen Rider Tyrant

Spoiler:
Alfred, the Kureshima butler.

Last but not least, the story will introduce a new class of Invess: the Super Overlord. A mysterious new creature named Shaboole is the first (and perhaps only) creature of this kind.

Gaim Gaiden will be released on DVD & Blu-Ray April 22!

The folks at Toei and TV-Asashi are giving you a special Christmas gift in the revelation of the cast of the upcoming Shuriken Sentai Ninninger as well as the production staff behind the series. With thanks to HeroShock.com for the images and to the TokusatsuNetwork.com for the translations, we’re happy to share the images and information with you today!

The story of Shuriken Sentai Ninninger is as follows – The Yokai were sealed away roughly three generations ago by Igasaki Yoshitaki, the Last Ninja. But around the time that Igasaki Yoshitaki passes away, the Yokai revive and it is up to his descendants, five cousins, to come together as a team and defeat the Yokai. Our heroes are not yet fully developed as ninjas and thus train together in the dojo run by Igasaki Tsumuji, the father of AkaNinger and ShrioNinger. The cast, as well as their previous works, is as follows.

  • AkaNinger/Igasaki Takaharu – played by Shunsuke Nishikawa, notable for having practiced judo over the last five years
  • AoNinger/Kato Cloud Yakumo – played by Gaku Matsumoto, his first main-cast role
  • KiNinger/Matsuo Nagi – played by Kaito Nakamura
  • ShiroNinger/Igasaki Fuka – played by Yuka Yano.  Her first major acting role, plays the sister of AkaNinger
  • MomoNinger/Momochi Kasumi – played by Kasumi Yamaya.  Previously seen in Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider Wizard & Fourze Movie Ultimatum as well as Space Sheriff Shaider: Next Generation
  • Igasaki Tsumuji – played by Tashihiro Yashiba.  Is the father of AkaNinger and ShiroNinger, and the son of the Last Ninja
  • The Last Ninja/Igasaki Yoshitaka – played by Takashi Sasano, he is the grandfather of AkaNinger and ShiroNinger, the father to Igasaki Tsumuji, and is the Last Ninja

Today TokuNation is happy to present a special Gallery 2.0 of a figure released nearly 2 years ago, S.H. Figuarts Gokai Christmas! A limited Toei-Hero.Net exclusive of a one-off form used by Gokai Silver/Gai Ikari in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger episode 44. A union of the Red & Green Gokaiger Ranger Keys, this form was Gai’s way of joining in the holiday festivities. We posted up a gallery of this bad boy all the way back in January 2013, but now we can finally give this fantastic figure the time & love it deserves with this full fledged gallery!

Though we’re sharing this gallery to celebrate the Christmas holiday, we know that many of our friends family members & staff also celebrate entirely different holidays all around the world.
