A handful of new images for upcoming Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger items have come online, giving fans some insight into the future of this exciting series!

For starters, we have our first look at the King-Ohgers’ 6th Ranger- a White Spider Ranger known as Spider Kumonos!

Next is a look at a new power-up form for KuwagataOhger! Using a golden crown and sword, the Red Ranger activates unique golden armor and untold new abilities.

With this new power KuwagataOhger has control over all TWENTY-TWO ShuGod Mecha, including several not seen before today- White Spider, Guardian Cicada, Guardian Centipede, & Golden Caucasus.

Lastly, we have a glimpse at the Caucasus Kabuto Castle! This gigantic transforming Mecha serves as base for the King-Ohgers and can combine with all other ShuGods to form an ultimate combination of strength.

The Power Rangers HyperForce are making their return in comic book form via BOOM! Studios with Melissa Flores (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Radiant Pink, The Dead Lucky) and Meghan Camarena (Radiant Pink) helming the writing duties.  The artist on board is Federico Sabbatini (Moon Knight, The Dead Lucky).

The Power Rangers HyperForce return and scour the multiverse in search of allies after Mistress Vile (formerly Rita Repulsa) and Dark Specter invade the Morphin Grid.  The HyperForce Rangers will be pushed to their limits.

The comic is scheduled to release July 19th, 2023.

Power Rangers HyperForce was a live-show tabletop RPG that aired on Twitch.tv and officially sanctioned by Saban Brands.  It starred fan-favorite Power Rangers actors Peter Sudarso (Red Ranger), Paul Schrier (Yellow Ranger), and Yoshi Sudarso (Silver and Green Rangers), reality star Meghan Camarena (Pink Ranger), voice actress Christina Vee (Black Ranger), and YouTube personality Andre Meadows (Blue Ranger).  It aired weekly and fans had a chance to interact via Twitch to give the Rangers extra powers and abilities.  It guest-starred numerous fan-favorite actors and personalities like Jason David Frank, Erin Cahill, Kyle Higgins, Melissa Flores, Jason Bischoff, Mike Ginn, and more.

Arguably the most anticipated special of all time for the Power Rangers brand will release tomorrow, April 19th 2023, for the entire world with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once and Always, a special near-hour-long  30th anniversary celebration of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.  With special thanks to eOne, Hasbro, and Netflix, we were granted an opportunity to review the special early to provide our fellow fans with our thoughts and overall review.  The following is our non-spoiler review where we will talk about certain parts but without spoiling any specific details or story elements.

Obviously the best way to enjoy Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once and Always is to go in 100% blind, so please only continue if you don’t mind having the most basic of elements (ie: “was this good/bad, etc.”) notated.

Toei has completed their annual Super Sentai press conference, introducing the world to the 47th Super Sentai team: Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger.

This members of this new team are-

*Taisei Sakai as Gira-the self proclaimed ruler of Shugoddam. He is an orphan raised in a castle town, with the power to become KuwagataOhger!
*Auto Watanabe as Yanma Gust– the General King of Nikosopa a land of technology, who worked his way up from slums. He becomes TonboOhger!
*Erika Murakami as Himeno Ran– Queen of Ishabana– the land of Arts & Medicine. A selfish person who will still fight to save others as KamikiriOhger!
*Yuzuki Hirakawa as Rita Kaniska– Ruler & Chief Justice of the frozen land Gokkan. Stubborn & apparently cold-hearted but transforms into the powerful PapilionOhger!
*Sou Kaku as Kaguragi Dybowski– The Lord of Tofu agriculture land, he is a manipulative and clever speaker with the power of HachiOhger!

The King-Ohgers unite to battle against the Earth Empire Bugnarok! Two members of this villain group were shown in the new series trailer:

As you can probably expect from an S.H. Figuarts 15th anniversary event Kamen Rider takes centre stage in many of the displays of the exhibit, and as the currently airing series Kamen Rider Geats as a few brand new reveals! On display for the first time is Kamen Rider Na-Go Beat Form, the feline alter-ego of Neon Kurama wielding the Beat Buckle.

Another brand new reveal is Kamen Rider Geats Fever Magnum and Fever Boost – the special power up from Geats takes when the Feverslot Buckle grants him two of the same power-up.

Both items are display-only for the time being, but we’ll bring you more information on their release as it comes!

For a very long time now, Power Rangers fans have watched as third party companies in other popular brands (like Transformers) create unlicensed representations of their favorite characters from television, comics, and video games.  It would appear that Power Rangers and Super Sentai fans are finally getting some love.

Chinese company Lucky Cat has revealed the full details on their third release in the Micro Cosmos line and it is none other than “Beast Lord“, or a representation of DaiZyuJin/Dino Megazord.  These are 2″ large figures that fold in to cubes, then come together to form the mighty Beast Lord.
