The month of May can’t come soon enough! And for those of you who enjoy a little monster in your toy collecting, you’re well aware that the Godzilla 2014 toy line is available at retail. It’s the first time in quite awhile that the big lizard has been available at mass retail for purchase, as many of us simply import the S.H. MonsterArts toy line from Tamashii Nations. After seeing some prototypes in the last month NECA has finally unveiled their 2014 Godzilla in all it’s glory!

This beast is about 6″ tall measured from head to foot, and 12″ long from head to tail. This formidable beast is the first really nice representation of the character we’ve seen so far in toy form. Featuring 25 points of articulation including a bendable tail this bad boy looks to be the figure to beat until the eventual S.H. Monsterart is released!

One of the most anticipated movies of this year is the upcoming Godzilla movie. Recently, the first wave of the toy line was released and site contributor and good friend of ours baltmatrix decided to splurge on most of the first wave of toys. And when he buys toys, he sits down and records himself playing with them. Today, he shows us a video of the relatively small package of the Godzilla Pack of Destruction set, which features a small Godzilla figure, a city ripe for destroying, and a really small, tasty-looking jet. TokuNation is back to another look at the initial offerings from Bandai’s Godzilla 2014 toyline! Today Photo & Content contributor conundrum has been kind enough to share images of the Godzilla Destruction City Set!

This set let’s you build, and then obviously destroy, your own scale generic city. Included are not 1 but 2 monsters for your destructive pleasure as well. The titular Godzilla of course, and the other creature we’ve seen rumor and speculation of for months, Muto!
