Revealed today at Hasbro PulseCon, an upcoming line of figures titled Power Rangers Lightning Collection Monsters. Little is known about this line other than the first two monsters in the line themselves:
These figures are expected to be $29.99 and release in Spring 2021 but no official word has been given yet.
Hasbro PulseCon revealed a brand new WalMart exclusive line of Power Rangers figures. This new series is called “Retro Morph Power Rangers”, and features retro styling of brand new auto-morphin figures. These are due out in Spring 2021 and Wave 1 consists of the following figures:
Fans will note the absence of a Green, Yellow, and White Ranger … but Hasbro teased that this is simply wave 1. These are available to order at 5pm EST on WalMart.com.
Next week belongs to Hasbro as they prepare to launch Hasbro Pulse Con, their own online entertainment convention that takes the place of the Hasbro reveals usually seen at San Diego Comic Con and New York Comic Con. Sneak peaks begin on Tuesday, September 22nd and merchandise purchases begin (for Pulse Premium members) on Wednesday, September 23rd. Product is available to ALL fans on Thursday, September 24th.
For Power Rangers – the magic begins on Saturday, September 26th. There will be both a Hasbro’s Power Rangers product panel with promised new reveals and Q&A with the design team. And of course the main event – the cast of Power Rangers Beast Morphers and the rumored (official) reveal of the cast of Power Rangers Dino Fury airing in 2021.

Today’s geek culture has taken a serious hit thanks to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19. We have seen the staples in the convention world shut down with a shift to offering only a spattering of the content we’re used to, sometimes behind a paywall. Power Rangers fans will no doubt know that both Power Morphicon and RangerStop were forced to postpone their shows until next year at the earliest – there is no guarantee conventions will ever resume like they used to.
TokuNation is proud to announce our participation with The Viewing Globe – a Power Rangers Online Fan Experience for this Labor Day Weekend (September 4th through September 6th). This is a free convention created by fans of Power Rangers and tokusatsu in general.

Not to be outdone by the reveals of the Shinkocchou Seihou Kuuga’s today, we’ve also got fresh reveals of 3 new Tamashii Nations 2020 exclusives!
Everyone’s favorite Ultra (who’s commemorating his 10th anniversary) Ultraman Zero, will be receiving an S.H. Figuarts Special Color Version release for the event. Decked out in metallic paint applications and including a specialized Tamashii stage, this release will retail for 5500 yen.
Next up is the event exclusive release from Kamen Rider Zero-One! After Shining Assault Hopper was revealed earlier this year, the question remained whether or not the infrequently seen standard Shining Hopper would be released as well. Look no further than this Tamashii Nations exclusive of S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Zero-One Shining Hopper! This figure will retail for 6000 yen.
And last but not least, Tamashii Nations is reaching into the past for this special release. Commemorating their own Tamashii Nations 2014 S.I.C. exclusive as well as the even older Tamashii Festival 2011 S.H. Figuarts exclusive is the brand new S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider OOO TaMaShii Combo for Tamashii Nations 2020! This special OOO form melds the powers of Ankh’s Taka Core Medal, with Momotaro’s Imagin Medal, and the Shocker core medal to create the living logo of Tamashii Nations! This release retails for 6500 yen.
Tamashii Nations is scheduled for Q4 2020 and as usual is likely to be held in October or November. As event exclusives these 3 releases will be a bit more difficult to come by than the average web exclusive, but they are likely to be released later as lottery items via Tamashii Web as well. As official images are release we’ll be sure to share them with the community.
It’s go time! Premium Bandai’s 2020 Exclusives are live for pre-order now. The would be SDCC kick off next week has shifted online. Among the Tamashii Nations exclusives which are heavily DragonBall related, S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla is getting an Event Exclusive Color edition. The folks at Bandai were kind enough to send along an early copy, so we’ve run it for some base shots to show what it can do in hand.

Yet another reveal from Bandai’s digital Tamashii Features event has come our way, joining the line up of S.H.Figuarts releases from Kamen Rider Build we have S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Cross-Z Evol from the Build New World movie.
In addition to Cross-Z Evol, we have release info for some previously revealed products:
S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Zi-O Oma Form will retail for 6,600 yen
S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Cross-Z Build will retail 7,700 yen.
S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider OOOShaUTa Combo will retail for 8,250 yen.
Cross Z Build and ShaUTa are both expected to go up for pre-order on July 17th, 2020 with no further pre-order dates given for Zi-O Oma or Cross-Z Evol but we’ll be sure to update you once more info is given for both of these figures.
