Godzilla Awakens The Truth, Trailer #2 Tomorrow at 10AM!

Posted on February 24, 2014 at 3:32 pm by Den-O under Godzilla

In a final bit of viral marketing for the upcoming Godzilla 2014 Film Godzillamovie.com has announced that the 2nd trailer for the film will be released tomorrow morning at 10AM (pacific time)! They’ve also posted two clips of audio from the film to hype fans up for the trailer reveal.

In one clip we can hear Bryan Cranston’s character describing in a frantic way what can only be his encounter with Godzilla. To listen to the audio follow THIS LINK. Dialogue quoted below:

“You’re not fooling anybody when you say that what happened was a natural disaster. You’re lying, you’re hiding something out there! It was not an Earthquake. It wasn’t a Typhoon. This is what caused everything in the first place. Don’t you see that?! It is going to send us back to the stone age! You have no idea what’s coming!”

The second clip was posted to the movies official youtube page and features the iconic roar of Godzilla himself.

New Godzilla 2014 Movie Poster

Posted on February 20, 2014 at 2:03 pm by Den-O under Godzilla

A Yahoo Movies exclusive reveal, we’ve got a brand new look at a new 2014 Godzilla film poster! As you can see this image makes the king of monsters seem much larger than previously thought. From Yahoo:

“The new poster gives us one of our best looks at Godzilla yet, though what’s most striking isn’t the creature’s design (pretty traditional and awesome) but his sheer size. He towers like a lizardy colossus over his target city of San Francisco, easily twice as big as its tallest building, the Transamerica Pyramid — and, as that skyscraper stands at 48 floors, that makes Godzilla himself about 100 stories high.”

So what do you think of this new image? Is this just a misinterpreted scale on the poster artists part? Or could Godzilla actually be this gargantuan? Sound off in the comments by clicking “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this article.

Godzilla SDCC 2012 Footage Officially Released by Legendary

Posted on December 9, 2013 at 10:15 am by Den-O under Godzilla

You may recall that we ran a story about this footage a couple months back. At the time Legendary Pictures was taking legal action against any and all sites known to run the footage so we opted not to and linked you elsewhere for it. Well today Legendary has officially allowed the release of this footage for viewing, most likely because the actual trailer for the film is due any day this week!

So if you missed this footage the first time and would like to finally have a chance to see it advance of the real trailer then head on over to Mtime, a site that Legendary Pictures is conveniently linking to themselves.
