Another entry in the GARO universe is coming to theaters in 2018!

Officially titled Garo: Kami No Kiba this film will once again follow the adventures of Dogai Ryuga as the Golden Knight! Actor Wataru Kuriyama returns once again as Ryuga, finally concluding his character arc that began in 2013’s Garo: Yami o Terasu Mono.

But Kuriyama is not the only familiar face among this cast-

*Junya Ikeda (Gokai Silver) reprises his role as Makai Knight Takeru
*Tsunori Aoki (Kamen Rider Duke) returns to play the Makai Knight Aguri
*Masahiro Inoue (Kamen Rider Decade) once again portrays the villain Zinga

An all-star lineup for GARO & tokusatsu fans!

Franchise creator Keita Amemiya will direct this new film, but sadly no other release information is available at time of writing. Stay tuned to Tokunation as we keep you up to date on all GARO reveals!

New images for the 4th & final Uchu Sentai KyuRanger release quarter have been posted online, and the arsenal of Voyagers has expanded once again!

*Leading things off is the Orion Battler, a GIGANTIC Carrier Mecha which can transport other Voyagers & transform into an extremely powerful Mecha. The Battler is controlled by Lucky in his new shiny form, Shishi Red Orion!

*In addition, one more Voyager has been revealed- the Koujishi Voyager! This new craft draws its power from the Leo Minor constellation. While not seen in full on its own, we DO get to see Koujishi combined with Shishi Voyager- creating Super KyuRenOh! This new configuration adds a powerful cannon weapon to the original combination.

Yet another group of catalog images for the upcoming Kamen Rider series have been posted online, showing us even more of Kamen Rider Build and his special abilities!

Kamen Rider Build will henshin using the BuildDriver, which is powered by 2 FullBottles. His signature weapon is the DrillCrusher, a drill-based saber that can convert into a gun.

A number of new Build Forms have been revealed, including-

*HawkGatling, an orange & silver suit armed with the HawkGatlinger weapon
*NinNinComic, a purple & gold combo using the NinpogaTana weapon
*KaizokuRessha, a neon configuration that fights with the Kaizoku Hassha crossbow weapon.

We also get a quick shot of Kamen Rider Build’s vehicle- the Build Phone! This device is actually a smartphone that becomes a motorcycle when equipped with the Lion FullBottle.

Not to be outdone, Kamen Rider Close is included among these scans! We get to see his signature weapon, the BeatCloser and the CloseDragon device that powers his transformation.

Last but certainly not least we have some details about the series’ antagonists- Nitroge & Bloodstark! Each has their own unique weapon/transformation device, the Transteam Gun and Steam Blade respectively.

Following yesterday’s big reveal of the 19th Heisei Era Kamen Rider, we now have some additional details on Kamen Rider Build!

*First up, we have a clear image of Build’s third form- Key Dragon! This form is created by fusing the Lock and Dragon FullBottles.

*Next, updated toy listings have confirmed a few more pieces of Build’s arsenal. Build’s vehicle is known as the Build Phone, a smartphone that can transform into a motorcycle and it will be sold with the Lion[/b[ FullBottle. A key item known as the PandoraPanel can store up to 10 FullBottles. Build will eventually upgrade his powers with a new powerup labeled the SPARKLING! FullBottle.

*We also have some information regarding the series’ SECOND Rider, Kamen Rider Close! Although Close will use the same BuildDriver to henshin, he requires a unique item called the CloseDragon alongside his signature Dragon FullBottle. Close’s primary weapon is a sword known as the BeatCloser.

*Finally, we have learned a bit about the series’ first villain- a mysterious character known as Nitrogue! This enemy will henshin using a new device labeled the TransSteamGun and the Bat FullBottle.

After some initial teasers & toy listings, we finally have our next look at the newest Heisei Rider- Kamen Rider Build!

Build uses a very basic design, with the suit’s color & shape being split in half depending on what powers he uses. By inserting Full Bottles into the Build Driver, this Rider gains a variety of powers!

Build’s various forms appear to be half animal-based & half technology-based. The main image we are seeing is Kamen Rider Build’s default form, referred to as RabbitTank! Brief shots of other forms are also seen, including RabbitCleaner and HedgehogTank.

We also get a quick shot of the series’ first antagonist, a mysterious new character named NightRouge! This villain seems to appear alongside the series’ second Rider, Kamen Rider Close! (note: official name spelling not yet confirmed)

The rumor mill for Kamen Rider Build continues to churn, the first quarter toy catalog’s been posted online via Cranejoe, with translations of the catalog courtesy of Rangerboard’s  Dukemon/@TheRealMattHunt.

A few key things have been revealed from this translation, giving us insight into the potential themes and motifs of the show. But be warned, while Cranejoe is a reliable source of information some things may have been faked or mistranslated so please take this listing with a grain of salt until the full catalog is scanned online.

None the less, the catalog is as follows:

-The new Rider figure series is known as the “Bolt (possibly Bottle) Change Rider Series”

-The collectible for this year is known as “Full Bottles”

-This year will also see the release of a lot of classic rider goods, including new Sofubi Figures and Vehicles from seasons past; your wallets will suffer lol

Following up on the reported return of fan-favorite series Kamen Rider W, we now have some additional details on this revival project!

A new manga series, titled Kamen Rider W: Futo Detectives has officially been announced! Series head writer Riku Sanjo will be in charge of the story, while designer Katsuya Terada will return once again to develop even more strange creatures for W to fight. Artwork will be provided by longtime anime veteran Masaki Sato.

Starting this October, Super Hero Time (the hour long block of programming that airs Super Sentai and Kamen Rider) is changing up their time slot on local Japanese television. The change is shown below, all times local Japanese time.

Uchu Sentai Kyuranger – from 7:30am to 9:30am
Kamen Rider Build – from 8:00am to 9:00am

Obviously, the biggest switch aside from the times is that the new Kamen Rider Build series will begin airing before Super Sentai. How big is the time change overall? Well, for starters, this is the first time slot change for Super Sentai since the 7th episode of Megaranger. If you’re keeping track, that’s 20 years. So that’s kind of big. New full-length teaser trailers for the upcoming Super Sentai and Kamen Rider summer movies have been posted online!

*First in Uchu Sentai KyuRanger The Movie: Ghess Indaver’s Counter-Attack an enemy fleet threatens the planet Earth, and the KyuRangers will need to discover the secret of the Cerberus Voyager!

*Next, in Kamen RIder Ex-Aid The Movie: True Ending the Game Riders face off against an evil ninja clan channeling the dangerous new power of Virtual Reality!

Both films will be released in theaters on August 5, 2017.

Some new magazine scans have been posted online detailing the further adventures of the 41st Super Sentai Series!

Here’s what lies ahead for Uchu Sentai KyuRanger:

*After gathering the legendary KyuTama, the KyuRangers finally locate the ancient ARGO ship hidden away for many years by the first Rebellion solder-named Ohlion.

*Resting on-board the Argo is a man called Tsurugi Ootori (played by singer Keisuke Minami.) Tsurugi is in fact the 12th KyuRanger, The Space Star-HoOh Soldier! His powers are unlocked by inserting the HoOh KyuTama into his ancient weapon, the HoOh Blade.

*HoOh Soldier has control over 3 unique Mecha: HoOh Voyager, HoOh Station & HoOh Base! These 3 can combine into a Super Mecha known as Gigant HoOh!

*Not to be outdone, Lucky also gets command of a new Voyager- the Cerberus Voyager! This new Mecha is awakened by the power of 3 Cerberus Stones & can combine with other Voyagers to form Cerberios.
