Shokugan Modeling Project Seijuu Sentai Gingaman “Galaxy Decisive Battle” Set Details Released
Bandai Japan has released several new images for the upcoming Shokugan Modeling Project release- a double entry for Seijuu Sentai Gingaman!
Titled Galaxy Decisive Battle Set this two part release features:
*The Beast Knight BullTaurus– a combination Mecha created with Heavy Knight BullBlack and StarBeast BullTaurus.
*The Lights of Ginga– a set of armor that is compatible with the previously released SMP GingaiOh AND SMP VictoryMars.
SMP Gingaman’s Galaxy Decisive Battle Set is tentatively scheduled for release in December 2024. The price is a modest 7200 Yen before shipping and handling.
Kamen Rider Gavv Cast & Story Details Revealed!
Toei has officially introduced the next Kamen Rider series- Kamen Rider Gavv!
At a special event tonight, a number of key detaisl were revealed about the upcoming series:
*Kamen Rider Gavv’s real name is Shouma (portrayed by Chinen Hidekazu). Shouma hails from another world- a world with strange monstrous creatures known as Granute! The Granute capture humans in order to feed on their happiness- and Shouma believes they may be responsible for the loss of his mother. As Shouma explores the flavors of his new home, he learns to create the strange Gochizo that grant him Kamen Rider powers!
*Following the Granute creatures is a freelance writer named Hanto Karakida (played by Yusuke Hino.) Hanto will awaken his own powers after meeting Shouma- becoming the second Rider, Kamen Rider Valen!
*Nozomi Miyabe appears as Sachika Amane-an uplifting positive girl who operates the Hapipare Shop and befriends Shouma.
The main villains of this series are a family group called STOMACH that operates a confectionery company.
*Eldest son Rango– (Tsukamoto Takashi) said to have solid charisma & an overwhelming sense of menace.
*Eldest daughter Grotta– (Machi Chitose)– a seductress with incredible strength.
*Second son Nielve– (Ryo Takizawa)– the scheming scientist with unfathomable coldness.
*Twins Theta & Jeep– (Kawasaki Houka & Koga Ru– who are gifted with telepathy and oversee harvesting of ingredients.
The Kamen Rider Gavv theme song is titled Got Boosts? and will be performed by the group FANTASTICS.
Tokusatsu veteran Junko Komura will be the head writer for this new series- Komura’s resume includes multiple Super Sentai shows including Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger & Dobutsu Sentai Zyuohger.

Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger IN SPACE New Teaser Released
The Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club has released a new teaser for the upcoming Super Sentai special Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger IN SPACE!
This new trailer confirms yet another Super Sentai hero returning for this new adventure: KingRanger from Chouriki Sentai Ohranger!
The character is now played by actor Shinta Takaiawa, son of legendary tokusatsu suit actor Seiji Takaiwa.
Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger IN SPACE is scheduled for release November 10 2024.
Discotek Media Announces Multiple Tokusatsu Releases- Space Sheriff Shaider, Kamen Rider V3, Android Kikaider, Rescue Police Winspector!
The good people at Discotek Media have announced a number of new Tokusatsu projects coming to Blu-Ray with official English subtitles.
New releases on the horizon include:
*Space Sheriff Shaider
*Kamen Rider V3
*Android Kikaider
*Rescue Police Winspector
Pricing and release dates are not completely confirmed at time of writing- though Space Sheriff Shaider currently has a release date of September 2024.
First Kamen Rider Gavv Preview Released- Kamen Rider Valen Revealed!
Toei and Bandai have released the first preview for the next Kamen Rider series- Kamen Rider Gavv!
In addition, a new poster has given us the first proper image of this series’ second Rider- named Kamen Rider Valen. Valen uses a White Chocolate based Gochizo similar to Gavv’s own Chocodon form.
Kamen Rider Gavv begins on September 1 2024! A special event will be held on August 11 2024 to introduce the cast and crew behind this new chapter in Kamen Rider history.
SDCC 2024 – Additional Images of New ThreeZero Power Rangers Figures
This year’s SDCC 2024 has come and gone, but before our coverage team left they did manage to snap a few more images of arguably the only Power Rangers items of note this year – the new ThreeZero 1:6 scale figures of the Power Rangers Turbo Red Ranger and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers BOOM! Studios Matt Cook version Green Ranger.

Hey everybody – we’re at San Diego Comic Con! While the Power Rangers themselves have long-since bowed out of officially being part of San Diego Comic Con, there are still licensed partners creating new product for the brand. One of the more popular and successful companies has been ThreeZero with their articulated, realistic 1:6 scale figures.
At SDCC 2024, ThreeZero has two new pieces on display – a Mighty Morphin Green Ranger based on the “Matt Cook” version seen in the BOOM! Studios Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic book series, and a surprise reveal – the Red Turbo Power Ranger!

Ultraman: Along Came A Spider-Man Manga Announced
Tsuburaya has announced a unique new Ultraman project for manga fans!
A new series Ultraman: Along Came A Spider-Man features the second crossover between Ultraman and a Marvel Comics hero (following Marvel’s own Ultraman X Avengers series previously announced).
In this new adventure, Spider-Man is brought aboard the Interdimensional Train following a devastating battle with Doctor Doom. When Doom sees the Ultraman and kaiju battle he becomes obsessed with taking the heroes’ new power for himself.
Writer Shigenobu Matsumoto will helm the manga while Tomo Hirokawa will serve as artist.
Ultraman: Along Came A Spider-Man will be distributed in the US thanks to VIZ Media with the first release scheduled for August 14 2024!
Kamen Rider Gavv Forms Revealed- Chocolate, Marshmallow, Lollipop and Chips!
Early images of Kamen Rider Gavv are being released detailing the alternate forms linked to this new Rider’s abilities!
Kamen Rider Gavv feeds small Gochizo creatures to the Henshin Belt Gavv to transform, with his base purple-armor coming from the Poppin Gummy. Each Gochizo appears to be based on a different type of snack food.
Four other forms have been revealed so far, each with a different combat type:
*The Chocolate cowboy shooter Chocodon!
*The Marshmallow sumo/boxer FuwaMallow!
*The Potato Chip samurai ZakuZaku Chips!
*The Lollipop Mecha warrior Gurucan!
