New York Comic Con 2016 started with a bang on Wednesday at Hasbro’s Twas the Night Before… event. Thursday was day 1 of the show on the main floor and we attacked it hard right from the jump. We got most if not all of the product displays from the various companies at the show done on day 1, well over 2500 images. Let the hunt begin! The fall wave of Power Rangers Dino Supercharge 5″ figures have been found at a Target store in San Diego, California. The figures were found by Twitter user @nightmaresriovo. The final wave of figures contains an assortment of the following:

  • Dino Super Drive Red Ranger
  • Dino Super Drive Black Ranger
  • Dino Super Drive Blue Ranger
  • Dino Super Drive Green Ranger
  • Dino Super Drive Pink Ranger
  • Dino Super Drive Purple Ranger
  • Dino Super Drive Gold Ranger
  • Dino Super Drive Graphite Ranger
  • Dino Super Drive Aqua Ranger

Awhile back, we heard rumours that a brand new Mighty Morphin Power Rangers video game was in the works. A press release has gone out, giving us not only a handful of screenshots but also a trailer coming courtesy of Powerrangersnow and Youtube.

The game appears to be a standard action brawler with local multiplayer that allows for up to four players siamotainously on the screen with a secondary fighting game style mode for Megazord combat, the press release promises a deep, intuitive fighting system . Levels will be based on episodes from the TV show with Tommy Oliver being a hidden unlockable character as both the Green and White Rangers in addition to Adam, Rocky, Kat, and Aisha.

No word on price point or release date, though a demo will be avalaible for those attending New York Comic Con 2016 this weekend, but for those that couldn’t go the trailer for the game can be seen below:

Thanks to a report from Bleeding Cool News, word has hit that there may be a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers vs Justice League comic in the works! We reached out to BOOM! Studios regarding the story and the response we received was “No comment!”.

Stay tuned for quite possibly the greatest spandex fight in the history of Power Rangers!

On display at New York Comic Con 2016 were the exclusives for this year’s show! Included in our images are the Exclusive Legacy Red Ranger with Sword and Coin 6.5″ figure. This figure is done in a metallic finish, similar to the SDCC 2016 exclusive, and obviously comes with his movie Power Sword as well as his movie Power Coin.

At New York Comic Con 2016 we had the Legacy Power Rangers Movie figures on display. While nothing new here is shown, they’re in different poses. Asked Bandai at the show and they stated there are no timed releases, meaning there’s nothing new to be put in the case during the show. We’ll see if we can get some more info out of them as the show continues!
