New S.H. Figuarts B-Fighter Images, G-Stag & Reddle Teased

Posted on October 7, 2014 at 4:50 am by ZeoRangerV under Metal Heroes

The official Tamashii Nations blog has just released some brand new images of the forthcoming web exclusive Blue Beet and Black Beet S.H. Figuarts figures, and along with them comes a shadowy picture of the remaining members of the Juukou B-Fighter team – G-Stag and Reddle! That’s right, the complete team will indeed be coming to the Figuarts line.

Western toku fans may better know these characters as the Green Hunter and Red Striker Beetleborgs from Big Bad Beetleborgs, the series which Saban adapted Juukou B-Fighter into.

No release date has been given for these two figures yet, but with the Tamashii Nations 2014 event coming at the end of the month more information could be coming soon. In the meantime, enjoy the teaser image along with the new images of Blue Beet (due for release in January) and Black Beet (due in March)!

Power Morphicon 2014 Exclusive Ranger Key Set Gallery

Posted on October 6, 2014 at 3:39 pm by Den-O under Conventions, Power Morphicon, Power Rangers

Titanium Power!
Jungle beast, spirit unleashed!

TokuNation is back with another in our series of Titanium Powered galleries. But this time there’s a dose of something extra! With today’s gallery we take a look at the recently released Power Morphicon 2014 Exclusive Ranger Key Set! This set includes two of the most hotly demanded characters from Bandai’s Morphin’ Madness competition and in fact, these two went head to head in the final round. It’s Lightspeed Rescue’s Titanium Ranger & Jungle Fury’s Wolf Ranger!

This pair of keys was made to coincide with the Power Rangers Super Megaforce toyline and are entirely functional with the Legendary Morpher. When either key is used with the morpher the “Power Morphicon!” phrase is uttered and this special set is the only way to get either of these rangers in key form here in the US. Wolf Ranger, or rather his original counterpart Geki Violet, was released in the Gokaiger toyline some years back but the PMC exclusive is the only way to own an american version of the  key. Titanium Ranger however is a 100% original creation of the Power Rangers franchise! With no sentai counterpart he has never had a Ranger Key produced of him. So that makes this release truly special!

Check out a full 40 image gallery of this set after the jump by clicking “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post! Special thanks to site owner and admin Kickback for being awesome enough to pick this set up for me at PMC.

First Kamen Rider SummonRide PV Teaser

Posted on October 5, 2014 at 4:28 pm by Kiryu under Kamen Rider

Bandai Namco Games via their official Youtube channel just released the first preview trailer to their new IP: Kamen Rider Summon Ride.

This new video demonstrates just how exactly the Ride FIgures work in tandem with the different kind of Chips, along with giving us a glimpse at the gameplay which is very reminiscent of the Skylanders franchise:

The game will be released on the PS3 and Wii U December 4th 2014 in a big set that includes a Ride Gate, three Ride Figures(Drive, Gaim, Wizard) , and four Ride Chips(Kachidoki Arms, Shin Zangetsu, Wizard All Dragon, and a mystery Chip) all for 8,550 yen.

Due note that the Wii U is region locked and thus Summon Ride will not work on consoles released outside of Japan. For the majority of us that will be importing this game, the region-free PS3 is the way to go.
