An interesting new story has hit the web, courtesy of the good people at The Tokusatsu Network:

 

Fan-favorite actor Tetsuo Kurata who portrayed Kamen Rider Black and Black RX will be returning to the world of tokusatsu in a new film production- AND the film in question will feature a new Black RX form!

While Toei’s latest cinematic project has not yet been officially confirmed, Kurata’s blog mentions a release in the Spring of 2015. Stay tuned to TokuNation as we keep you up to date on any movie news!

At the recently held Miyazawa Model Exhibition, Medicom was present to unveil new products. Of note, we have a new RAH DX Kamen Rider Black 2.0 on the way.

The high end Century King will be going up for pre order this January and will be shipped sometime in August.

The cost of the figure will be a steep 22,680 yen but the time gap between release should offer plenty of time to save up.

In a bit of a surprise announcement, model car company Fujimi via Taghobby has announced that they’ll be diving into the world of Kamen Rider bikes, starting with Kamen Rider Black’s trusty ride: a 1/12th scale replica of the Battle Hopper!

The model kit will be coming out in October, retailing for 5000 yen and the kit itself will feature compound eyes ala S.H.Figuarts.

Hesei Vs Showa Enemy Formation

 

A few overhead shots of filming from the “Hesei VS Showa” Project have surfaced online!

The main image confirms that ALL main Rider suits are in use for this film. To date only a few Riders are confirmed to appear out of suit but we hope there may be more old favorites showing up to surprise everyone.

In addition, a number of classic Rider villains are also on-set, including the Crisis Empire from Kamen Rider Black & the Badan from Kamen Rider ZX.
