Several new magazine scans have been posted online, demonstrating the powers of the newest Kamen Rider!

Kamen Rider Mach (whose identity we will not reveal here out of respect for those avoiding spoilers) uses new items called Signal Bikes to fight the Roimudes. Each Signal Bike changes the Signal Panel on Mach’s shoulder and gives different attack options for Mach’s signature weapon, the Zenrin Shooter:

*Signal Kiken meaning Danger unlocks Mach Kiken and fires powerful shots.

*Signal Kakusan or all directions lets Mach Kakusan hit multiple targets at once.

*Signal Mageru, meaning turn allows Mach Mageru to change the direction of shots.

Mach also has the power to use Drive’s Shift Cars to enhance his fighting power, and is seen using Max Flare to turn the Zenrin Shooter into a flamethower.

Not to be outdone, two new Shift Cars are revealed in these scans: Road Winter and Amazing Circus! Definitely looks like good things are coming down the road for Kamen Rider Drive!

The upcoming Super Hero Taisen GP: Kamen Rider 3 will of course feature the first ever on screen appearance of the one-off Kamen Rider 3. A unique rider who only appeared once in a short 1972 story. However this film will also mark the first appearance of his vehicle, the TriCyclone!

The TriCyclone certainly appears to be an impressive machine worthy of going up against Kamen Rider Drive’s Tridoron and Black RXs Rideron, both of which will be in this film as well! Will Kamen Rider 3 ally himself with his car driving brothers or will he stand in line with the bike riders of old?

The time is almost upon us for the secondary rider of Kamen Rider Drive to make his debut!

Set to appear in January episodes of the series is Kamen Rider Mach! We’ve previously reported information about the identity of this character, spoil yourself if you so choose, but for now enjoy this full image of Mach! As you can see Mach is themed around motorcycles and in fact has quite the Evel Knievel look to him, and manages to feature the classic rider scarf as well!

Shifting into Top Gear, Premium Bandai has made a surprise announcement with the reveal of a replica Kamen Rider Drive insignia.

The insignia will be sold in a pack of three coming in a size ranging from 35mm, 70mm, and 180mm, the smallest of which is designed to go in scale with the Shift Cars. The three pack will retail for 2,916 yen each.

Pre orders will be going live on December 22nd and the piece will come out in February 2015. Despite it’s appearance, the emblem is actually made out of ABS according to the Premium Bandai listing.

Did you get your S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Gaim Kiwami Arms figure yet? We did – and we’re not happy. Listen to us rant about what all three agree is the worst quality controlled product to come out of Tamashii Nations in quite awhile. We also discuss Power Rangers Dino Charge toys – namely the Dino Charge Megazord – and whether or not we think it’s a good toy and what, if anything, it has over it’s predecessor the Legendary Megazord from Power Rangers Super Megaforce.

EXCLUSIVE! Tom fails at being a good administrator at a leading tokusatsu website community. The plus side? You get to hear his reaction to the first image of Shuriken Sentai Ninninger during the podcast. What does he think? This is actually a pretty neat thing because how often does a fan of Super Sentai have their first reaction to the new series recorded? Check it out, it’s a pretty fun listen. We also touch on speculation of the upcoming series including what our thoughts are on possible henshin devices and so forth. And marbles. That’s right – marbles. Tom talks marbles. I can’t make this up if I tried. Just listen.

Power Rangers Dino Charge had the theme song and the smart phone app come out. Does it get the seal of approval from the guys? What about the theme song – what works, what doesn’t work, and does it hold up? Tom gives his $0.02 as he describes his youngest son’s reaction to the theme song.

We also take an in-depth look at the extended episode of Power Rangers Super Megaforce as we end our discussion on the series that seems to have divided part of the fandom in terms of “IT SUCKS” versus “IT KIND OF SUCKS”. What parts of the extended episode were good? Which were unnecessary? And was it really as special as we all thought it was? Jordan gives his rundown on why he feels it was a lackluster extended battle, while Chris and him get in to it about one of the more fandom-popular moments of the extended Legendary Battle.

The mysterious new hero of Kamen Rider Drive finally has a face and a name!

Kamen Rider Mach, master of the Signal Bikes, will be portrayed by actor Yu Inaba. The characters’ backstory has also been revealed via an interview with the actor, but out of respect for viewers we will keep spoilers off the front page. Feel free to join in our Discussion Thread if you wish to talk about Mach’s secrets!

Kamen Rider Mach is expected to appear in Drive’s 12th episode, currently scheduled to air December 28!

A new set of Legend Rider toys are upon us, with the Shift Cars attempt at the gimmick reveled through hacking the Drive Driver!

While not as unique as the Rider Lock Seeds that came out of Gaim, the Legend Rider Shift Cars seems to allow the Drive Driver itself to cycle through the different Kamen Rider insignias appearing via it’s light up LED feature.

Of course, we all know about Drive Type Fruits from the recent Movie War Full Throttle scans that just dropped earlier this week, but other Heisei Riders will be represented as well in addition to a noise for Dark Riders(Ichigo is shown, Shocker Rider Shift Cars perhaps?) And Black RX’s Rideron.

With only a hack to go on, we have no way of knowing what the Shift Cars themselves will look like or even how they’ll work with the Driver itself. Stay tuned and we’ll bring more up to date information as it becomes available.

December magazine scans have just been released and so we have our first round to post. For Kamen Rider Drive we have images showcasing Drive’s upcoming Type Technique form! Technique opts to move the Tire Koukan gimmick to Drive’s upper chest/neck area, we’ll see how that plays out in show, we’ve already seen a toy image of it though. Prior to getting this form Drive will also receive the new Door Gun!

Rounding out the info from these scans we see the introduction of FIVE  new Shift Cars as well. Shift Rolling Gravity Shift Fire Braver, Shift Road Winter, Shift Colorful Commercial, & Shift Deco Traveler! In addition to this Drive will also be able to access the Type Wild mode of Tridoron! A third, female Roidmude on the same level as Heart & Brain will also be introduced named Medic.

Included in a recently released batch of magazine scans for the upcoming Kamen Rider X Kamen Rider Drive & Gaim: Movie War Full Throttle, we have our first  real look at these two upcoming forms!

Kamen Rider Drive Type Fruits sees Shinosuke using the Fruits Shift Car to gain a Gaim-esque set of Orange armor complete with a Daidaimaru & Musou Saber! Kamen Rider Gaim Drive Arms is accessed by Kouta using the Drive Lockseed, gaining him a set of armor inspired by Drive’s default Type Speed form complete with Drive’s signature Handle Sword!

The other included scans give us another look at the various Gaim Beat & Energy Riders returning for this team-up as well as several of the films villains.

Following the release of S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Drive Type Speed’s offical gallery just yesterday, the S.H.Figuarts Trideron compaion piece was featured in much more detail in this month’s issue of Figureoh magazine along with our first look at the inside of the figure itself. S.H.Figuarts Drive will be able to fit inside of course, though how this will be done is still unknown.

 

With how much press the S.H.Figuarts Trideron is receiving, the possibility for an actual release seems highly likely! Though whether or not this will be mass retail or Web Shop only, the scans do not say.
