Possible Doubutsu Sentai Jyuuoger Toy Line Info

Posted on December 5, 2015 at 10:51 am by Den-O under Super Sentai

While we want to tread lightly after the faked catalog scans that appeared online yesterday we believe this is a much more credible set of information.

If you recall last year thanks to the CraneJoe Blog we got some pretty early & spot-on information on what Shuriken Sentai Ninninger’s toy line would consist of. Well he’s back this year with what looks to be a rundown of the entire initial toy line for Doubutsu Sentai Jyuuoger as well!

– Cube Shark

4. Jyuuoh Elephant (February)
5. Jyuuoh Tiger (February)

While there is of course always a chance that this information is false, CraneJoe has proven to be a reliable source for toy information in the past. Let us know what you think in the comments below! Actual images of Doubutsu Sentai Jyuuohger shoulder be popping up online in the very near future!

Massive Toku Collectible Auction Under Way at Serious Toyz

Posted on November 26, 2015 at 10:48 am by Den-O under Kamen Rider, Metal Heroes, Super Sentai

Well this looks like something we can all definitely be thankful for this year! Occasionally we share rare & interesting toku auctions we find on ebay but this is on an entirely different level.

The fine folks at Serious Toyz have just opened up a special set of auctions aimed at collectors of vintage Japanese die cast toys & robots with a special emphasis on tokusatsu! Running the range of Metal Heroes, Super Sentai, Ultraman, Godzilla, & Kamen Rider this auction consists of a number of rare finds from a personal collection that was greatly cared for with many items having either never been opened or even used.

It isn’t often we see near mint & rare vintage releases like this for sale. So we wanted to share this with the community in the hopes that someone here may finally be able to fill a unique hole in their collection they’ve been after!

The master list of ALL Auctions are posted HERE
– Super Sentai Auctions
– Kamen Rider Auctions
– Metal Heroes Auctions
– Ultraman Auctions
– Miscellaneous Toku Heroes & other characters

And here’s a link for new user registration as well as one for all the rules that accompany this set of auctions!

Happy bidding to everyone and thanks to Serious Toyz for making these various items available! I’ll be bidding on several myself!

Wonderfest 2015: X Plus Officially Reveals Daizyujin PVC Figure

Posted on July 26, 2015 at 9:17 am by Den-O under Super Sentai

Wonderfest 2015 is currently underway and one of the big surprises from this year was revealed just a few days ago. And as of today the X Plus booth currently has their full Daizyujin PVC Figure on Display!

PVC Daizyujin is a non-transformable, near 18″ tall static figure. While the display prototype doesn’t feature open hands it does appear to include the Mammoth Shield and God Horn Dinosaur Sword. So chances are an additional set of hands to hold the pair will be included. Currently we don’t have specific release information outside of a 2015 time frame, and price has yet to be announced.

Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger & Mighty Morphin Power Rangers fans alike should definitely be excited for this one. When we have more information to report we’ll be sure to update you!

X Plus Teases Daizyujin PVC Figure For Summer Wonder Fest!

Posted on July 24, 2015 at 11:12 am by Den-O under Power Rangers, Super Sentai

Coming up in just 2 days time is the annual Summer Wonder Fest in Japan. And while generally the tokusatsu offerings of Wonder Fest are limited to a handful relating to Godzilla & Ultraman, this year is quite different.

Japanese company X Plus, known for their amazing Godzilla & Ultraman PVC figures has just teased a release from Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, none other than the mighty Daizyujin! Western fans will undoubtedly recognize this machine as the Mighty Morphin ‘Dino’ Megazord!

So far a teaser image of the Daizyujin PVC Figure is all that’s been provided, but based on their previous releases this item will be large and gorgeously sculpted. You can expect many more images of this prototype coming out of Wonder Fest this weekend. And we’ll keep you up to date as we here more about the size, price, and release date!
