We have high resolution images of all the Legacy items on display from Toy Fair 2016! Check out the following images!

Photography was not allowed for possibly the biggest reveal of the event – brand new Legacy figures! These will be 6 inches in scale (so on par with your S.H. Figuarts characters), feature extensive articulation, detailed paint applications, and will release later this year! They will release three assortments (waves) a year, and each year will feature two seasons worth. The first year’s releases will be Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Power Rangers Ninja Storm. When we asked why those two, they stated Mighty Morphin Power Rangers is too iconic not to use, and Power Rangers Ninja Storm has to have a good reason (with a wink … for those who don’t get the reference, the next series is Power Rangers Ninja Steel).

The figures will also come with a “Build a Figure” type of accessory, allowing you to create the Megazord for that respective season. Shown at the show was the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Megazord – and it looks INCREDIBLE! As does the Legacy Mighty Morphin Green Ranger figure! The first assortment releasing this summer will contain Mighty Morphin Red Ranger, Blue Ranger, Ninja Storm Red Ranger, Ninja Storm Blue Ranger, Ninja Storm Yellow Ranger, and another figure from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (unknown which color at this time).

Toy Fair 2016 is here! Check out images from Power Rangers Dino Supercharge! Things shown off in these pictures are as follows:

  • Dino Super Drive Rangers (all 10)
  • New villain figures
  • Repainted Dino Morphers
  • Repainted Dino Saber
  • Repainted T-Rex Super Charge Morpher
  • Repainted T-Rex and Spino Zords

Our own Sentai Tamashii is at Toy Fair 2016 and spent some time with Bandai America. Here are some snippets of information while we await on pictures!

  • The Ninja Megazord on display was NOT the Legacy Ninja Megazord – it was the original toy, simply there as a placeholder.
  • Will retail between $80-$90
  • Legacy Figures – appear to be 6″ tall, more detail, not “powerful Rangers” style but still American muscle style
  • Female Legacy Figures have slits in skirts to allow figures’ legs to move
  • Each Legacy Figure will have a “build a figure” piece to build that season’s Megazord
  • 6th Rangers in the Legacy line will have more accessories instead of a “build a figure” piece
  • There will be 3 assortments released in a year, with 2 seasons per year
  • First year will be Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Power Rangers Ninja Storm – thanks Ninja Steel influence!
  • Assortment 1 will be Ninja Storm Red, Blue, and Yellow, Mighty Morphin Red, Green and one other figure
  • Ninja Coins when?  Bandai America doesn’t want to let collectors down – still many more shows to reveal things at this year
  • Currently no other focus other than mainline toys and Legacy toys (sorry Ranger Key fans!)
  • Bandai America cannot discuss anything Movie 2017 related at this time.
  • Future Legacy release?  “All in due time” … stay tuned, still three big conventions this year (SDCC, NYCC, PMC)
  • Bandai committed to not letting girl fans down – there will be plenty of female oriented items released

This weekend is a busy weekend for fans of Power Rangers Dino Supercharge! First, you have Toy Fair 2016 with all new product reveals for the toy line (as well as the popular Legacy line). Then, right after the reveals, you have a brand new episode of Power Rangers Dino Supercharge!

In this new episode titled “Nightmare in Amber Beach“, Shelby, the Dino Charge Pink Ranger, receives a pillow from a monster that puts her to sleep! When she awakes, she sees her fellow Rangers as Vivix! Can our heroes stay awake to avoid the same fate, or will Heckyl/Snide finally defeat our heroes and take their Energems? Enjoy two preview images sent to us from Saban Brands!

An all new episode of Power Rangers Dino Supercharge airs THIS SATURDAY on Nickelodeon! Check local listings for exact times in your area!

For those of you who collect vinyl figures, or specifically the action vinyl figures from The Loyal Subjects, will be pleased to know that a recent listing at online retailer EntertainmentEarth.com has popped up for a Series 2 set of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers figures to release this coming August.

For those who don’t know – The Loyal Subjects released action vinyl figures from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers last year that blew up in popularity, with the rare figures going for well over $100 at times. Since their release, metallic and crystal versions of the figures have been released at San Diego Comic Con 2015 as well as Hastings stores. What will we see in Series 2? Some assume we’ll get vinyl figures of Rocky, Adam, Aisha, Bulk, Skull, Alpha 5, and possibly more. With Toy Fair 2016 happening this weekend, we may get our first look – or at least a hint!

The first crop of reviews for the next Super Sentai series, Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger, are beginning to roll in. First up – check out the video review of the highly anticipated (for a variety of reasons) DX ZyuOhKing, the main Megazord of this new series!

Featuring a few “firsts” for Bandai Japan – this Megazord does not seem to have any electronics and is significantly smaller to previous DX Mecha released. Is this part of Bandai Japan‘s new vision – to once again make toys easier to import to the United States (as seen with Ninninger‘s Power Rangers styled 5 inch figures)? Time will tell! Here we go again! Some more repaints for Power Rangers Dino Supercharge, or as Bandai is referring to the repaints as “Limited Edition” items have popped up once again on KMart.com. Listed today are a Limited Edition Deluxe Spino Zord, a Limited Edition Deluxe Black T-Rex Zord (aka Gold), and a Limited Edition Deluxe Dino Saber.

This brings our repaint total for Power Rangers Dino Supercharge to 463 … (just kidding, it’s more like 462). More shockingly than that – two of these new items (the zords) appear to be in stock and ready to ship!

Are your wallets ready? Or is this just becoming too much for the wallet (and the stomach) to handle? Sound off in discussion.

Thanks to a tip from @PockyBandit on Twitter, we have what comes close to a confirmation of two highly speculated items – a Black and Gold Legacy Dragonzord and a Green and White Legacy Communicator listings have surfaced online as pre-orders from the Chinese online retailer GamoToys.com.

The image of the Black and Gold Dragonzord appeared online some time ago, but the listing for the Green and White Legacy Communicator is new (and totally expected). The Dragonzord is listed with a release date of May 2016 while the Green and White Legacy Communicator is listed for April 2016.

A brand new cover variant for the upcoming Mighty Morpin Power Rangers #1 from BOOM! Studios has shown up. Fans will recognize this as a homage to two different items – first being the original Issue #1 from Marvel Comics way back in the day, and the other for being a homage to the classic “command center pose” that circulates about 300 times a year anytime anyone mentions Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

This comic is available for retailers to order only if they match or exceed 200% of their original orders for Issue #0 which, as you may or may not have heard, was considered a “sell-out” in industry terms (meaning there were no more comics available to order and thus a second run was planned).

Are you planning to collect all the covers for the new Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic? If so – sound off in our discussion thread and let us know how much that’s going to run you as some of these variants are proving to be quite pricey!

Obviously doing their best Hasbro imitation, some new images from KMart.com of all places show case some brand new items that are coming our way. Feast your eyes on the following items!

– Limited Edition TRex Super Charge Morpher

Now you can combine your Limited Edition Dino Charge Megazord with a Limited Edition Ptera Charge Megazord and have yourself a Limited Edition Christmas Charge Megazord!
