The official Power Rangers Movie Instagram is at it again! The third reveal for Saban & Lionsgates’ upcoming 2017 Power Rangers Movie is here & Ludi Lin has been cast as the Black Ranger!

A quick look at Ludi Lin’s previous acting credits shows him to be a relative new comer with a host of minor roles in hte last few years. With 3 out of 5 rangers cast for the film, what are your thoughts so far on how the 2017 Power Rangers Movie is shaping up? A brief teaser for the 15th episode of Power Rangers Dino Charge has been posted online!

Rise of a Ranger (originally listed as Royal Sacrifice in early material) airs Saturday, October 24 on Nickelodeon!

Thanks to generous designer Tsuyoshi Nonaka we have an in-hand look at the upcoming Power Rangers Legacy Thunder Megazord!

The combined modes aren’t shown here but these images give us a good look at the Red Dragon Thunderzord in both Dragon & Warrior modes. The 3rd image is the most telling however as it gives us our first look yet at the sled used for the Thunderzord Assault Team! You’ll recall that Bandai America representatives confirmed this mode to us in our NYCC 2015 interview, but it’s nice to finally see proof of it!

It’s the week of movie news! After a big reveal of another major franchise’s trailer for their new movie (something about space and swords), Lionsgate and Saban Brands have announced through the official @PowerRangersMovie Instagram account that they have cast another actor – this time for the Red Ranger – and it is a young man by the name of Dacre Montgomery.

A quick peak at his acting resume shows that this will be his first major role. Lionsgate has stated the desire to cast mostly unknowns for the leading roles in this movie. Stay tuned for more movie news as it comes down the pipe!

The evil henchmen of the bounty hunter Sledge continue to be released throughout the United States – and while everyone is searching for the second wave of villains in the Power Rangers Dino Charge 5″ figure line, we’re here to show off one of our favorite figures from the first wave – the evil villain Wrench! This robotic henchman may look to have more brain than brawn but don’t let his whiny attitude fool you – Wrench packs quite a punch with his hand-ax weapon!

In what seems to be a continuing trend, an upcoming Power Rangers Dino Charge item unseen till now has been found! With special thanks to tavionjackson from our friends over at Rangerboard.com, this special pack looks to be exclusive to Toys’R’Us and will feature 27 of the current Dino Chargers but in their metallic foil inserts as opposed to the non-foil that have been out and circulating for nearly a year.

A brief teaser for the next episode of Power Rangers Dino Charge has been posted online! This is a special Halloween presentation and may not follow the normal continuity of the series.

Bat Monster kidnaps a costumed Ranger teen from a Halloween Party and extracts memories that will allow her to impersonate them. Kendall must ask the teens test questions to identify the imposter before all of the Energems are stolen.

“Ghostest With The Mostest” airs Saturday. October 17 on Nickelodeon! And for those who are unable to watch this week, the special will re-air on Saturday, October 31st!

Some disappointing news from Shout! Factory-

The release date for Power Rangers Time Force– The Complete Series has been pushed back; originally set for December 15 2015 the boxset will now be released in stores on February 9 2016.

Furthermore, Shout! has confirmed that this Time Force set will contain the edited episode footage; the originally-aired material from Time Force’s initial run has unfortunately been destroyed.

The 5-disc Time Force set is still available for preorder at the very reasonable price of 16.97 USD!

It’s time for another week of Megazord Madness! Round 2 is now open allowing the next round of votes to occur as well as offering you up more coupons for your Power Rangers Dino Charge purchasing needs! Click here or visit www.MegazordMadness.com to vote! It should be important to note – there was a voting discrepancy on some of the match-ups in the first round. As we enter the second round, nearly all the questionable match-ups (we’re talking votes of 12,000 to 1,200) were apparently wiped or reversed, and the apparent loser became the winner. To sum it up – nearly all the Tommy Oliver zords (Dragonzord, White Tigerzord, Falconzord, White Shogun Zord, Brachio Zord) that were losing by astronomical numbers ended up as winners and are in the second round.
