The Tamashii Nation 2013 event has started in Japan and the internet is already swarming with pictures of displays and brand new products. Among some of the figures already seen at the event are:

RangerCrew will be celebrating Titanium Ranger Day on October 28, 2013 with the unveiling of the Titanium Ranger Card and a live chat with Rhett Fisher. The Titanium Ranger character is one of the many Rangers that has earned a great place in Power Rangers history for being the first US-Exclusive Ranger. A few months ago, fans showed their support for Titanium Ranger by changing their Twitter and forum avatars. Join in on a fun day brought to you by RangerCrew and Bandai Cards.

The Tamashii Web Exclusive S.H. Figuarts Ptera Ranger will be showing up on the doorsteps of middlemen any time now. But now thanks to 2chan we have some advance images.

Like Kiba Ranger before her, Ptera will feature a windowless box as has been the recent Exclusive trend. She will include her ranger stick in blade mode, combined with Thunder Slinger, Ptera Bow & Arrow and 6 extra hands. One of which is already attached to the arrow. Ptera Ranger is scheduled to ship this coming week from the Tamashii Web Shop and the Bluefin release of her as S.H. Figuarts MMPR Pink Ranger won’t be far behind!

Or for those unfamiliar with the DaiRangers, an incredibly rare (lucky draw?) red Saba sword (the sword used by the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers White Ranger). The exact details of when this item was released, or how widely available it was (lucky draw, contest, give-away, etc.) are totally unknown as of the time of this posting.

Our friends at Tempting Toys & Collectibles have acquired this incredibly rare piece. For those who have enjoyed the rare and hard to find lucky draw items for various Transformers toy lines, Tempting Toys & Collectibles have always been one of the more reputable and well-known businesses in the higher-end toy collectible world.

… For 1 Million Dollars!!

Simon Cowell’s dignity has a price — $1 million — because that’s how much someone paid to get him to sing the “Power Rangers” theme song … in front of a giant crowd of rich people … and TMZ has the hilarious video.

Here’s what happened: Simon was attending a fundraiser in Beverly Hills last night, and billionaire “Power Rangers” creator Haim Saban offered to donate $1 million if Simon sang the show’s theme song.

And Simon actually did it. It’s epic.

There’s a pretty great twist at the end as well, resulting in Simon paying $250,000 of his own money. Watch the video over at TMZ.

The first of many two pack Figuarts to come from Bandai Tamashii Nations: Overdrive Black Ranger and Blue Ranger!

Based on the Japanese web exclusive Boukenger two pack set, this set features a packaging that features the US Power Ranger Overdrive logo and name, even on the clear blister window. The interior content is same as their Japanese counterparts though.

This two pack set comes with many accessories for both rangers but strangely the accessories did not include the guns without the nubs that connects the gun to the belt like Bouken Red/Overdrive Red did.

Overdrive Blue’s fan weapon comes with a removable strap that makes it easy to equip. Overdrive Black’s hands are a little loose around the hammer, so wield it with both hand is almost necessary.

The same neck issue that was present in Bouken Red/Overdrive Red still exists in this set as well.

Apparently Hulu didn’t get the message of the order of episodes airing of this season’s Power Rangers Megaforce because they jumped the gun. While you’re still unable to view “Raising Spirits” – the Halloween episode that aired this last weekend – the episode slated to air THIS weekend, “The Human Factor”, is currently available on Hulu.

This episode features the premiere of Metal Alice, the robot Vrak creates to help him destroy the Power Rangers and conquer the Earth. On top of a ton of beautiful original footage of Vrak and Metal Alice, we have a great episode as Robo Knight has to make the ultimate decision – if he’s to protect the Earth, wouldn’t removing the very humans that pollute it be logical?

KiRyoku Tenshin!

This figure has been long awaited by both Super Sentai & Power Rangers fans but the time is finally here. Today’s gallery is of S.H. Figuarts Kiba Ranger from Gosei Sentai Dairanger or for Power Rangers fans the original White Ranger!

Kiba Ranger is none other than the young boy Kou, grown to adult size after using his Aura Changer. His trusty partner and weapon the Byako Shinken (Saba) is included with holstered and extended blades. And though the choice of hands for this figure is limited this Japanese market Tamashii Web Exclusive release includes an alternate chest plate. This represents Kiba Ranger’s temporary stint as the cancelled “4th member” of the Akibarangers from Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger Season 2 and it’s alternate timeline where the Dairangers never existed!

Ironically the same young actor who played a young Burai/Dragon Ranger in Zyuranger also happened to play Kou in Dairanger. Thus sharing a rather odd connection to Tommy Oliver and his dual roles as both the Green and White Rangers in Power Rangers!
