Posted on January 22, 2016 at 8:35 pm by Chris under Super Sentai

With the premiere of the 40th Anniversary of Super Sentai not far from airing, we’re getting a chance to see some of the merchandise for the next series known as Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger. Check out some new images of the DX ZyuohKing in all his various forms as well as the Minipla ZyuohKing by clicking the title of the story. Also shown is an image of the Zyuoh Changer, though not much can be made out of it other than just the keypad.

Again – check out all the images by clicking the title of the story! Thanks to @kyoryugerjp on Twitter for the find!

Kamen RIder Ghost: S.H. Figuarts Ghosstriker Release Details

Posted on January 21, 2016 at 12:07 am by Den-O under Kamen Rider

Another upcoming release has just been revealed via Figure Oh magazine scans. First seen at Tamashii Nation  2015, we now have confrmation on the S.H. Figuarts Ghoststriker!

Kamen Rider Ghost’s rider machine is set for release at retail in June for 4860 yen. The Ghoststriker will most likely come with a wheel base and possibly extra handlebars as many S.H. Figuarts bikes do. We of course are all secretly hoping for a Figuarts Captain Ghost to accompany this bike for transformation. But time will tell if that’s even a possibility.

S.H.Figuarts Shinkochu Seihou Kamen Rider Kuuga Rising Mighty Revealed

Posted on January 20, 2016 at 11:25 pm by Den-O under Kamen Rider

On top of official images for Kuuga Ultimate tonight another new Shinkochu Seihou release has just been teased in a Figure Oh scan courtesy of Tag Hobby. It looks like S.H.Figuarts Shinkochu Seiho Kamen Rider Kuuga Rising Mighty will be the next Kuuga form to join the line!

Though we have only a single image to go off of currently, Kuuga Rising Mighty is actually set for release in June just before the previously announced Ultimate Kuuga! Kuuga Rising Mighty will retail for 5940 yen and is presumably a retail release. Accessories are not confirmed at this time but presumably they’d be nearly identical to those that came with Kuuga Mighty Form.

This image also features a small Shinkochu Seihou N Daguva Zeba tease at the bottom of the page so we should see news on that front soon!

S.H. Figuarts Garo Leon Version Official Images & Release Info

Posted on January 20, 2016 at 11:13 pm by Den-O under Garo

And another new Tamashii Web Exclusive release has just been added tonight. Seen previously at multiple Tamashii Nations events, we’ve just gotten confirmation on the release of S.H. Figuarts Garo Leon Version!

Leon is of course the the main hero of the first season of the Garo The Animation series. This version of the titular armor has some new flourishes and more animated proportions not present in previous designs so it’s a nice change of pace even with the protracted time between Garo Figuarts releases.

S.H. Figuarts Garo Leon Version is set for release as a Tamashii Web Exclusive in June with a retail price of 6696 yen. Leon will include 2 sets of hands as well as the iconic Garoken/Garo Sword.

Posted on January 20, 2016 at 10:08 pm by Den-O under Godzilla

Teased just one week ago on the official Bluefin Tamashii facebook page, we now have a full reveal of the upcoming S.H. Monsterarts GMK Godzilla thanks to the Tamashii Web Shop!

GMK Godzilla, so named for the 2001 film Godzilla Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant All-Out Monsters Attack, has been a highly demanded release for some time. Finally those wishes will be granted in form of a Tamashii Web Exclusive release of this figure in June. Japanese retail for S.H. Monsterarts GMK Godzilla is 8856 yen and the figure includes no accessories.

As with all Monsterarts this figure should be imported to the US via Bluefin as a standard retail release.

S.H. Figuarts Red Buster Gallery 2.0 – FINAL Toku Toy Box Entry!

Posted on January 3, 2016 at 4:35 pm by Den-O under Contests and Giveaways, Super Sentai, TokuNation, TokuNation Spotlights

We’ve come to the end folks! With only one day left before we announce the winner of Toku Toy Box we’re officially posting our last gallery for the competition today! Tomorrow we’ll be featuring a roundup of all eligible entries for this years giveaway. But for now we’re going to take a look at our final entry, S.H. Figuarts Red Buster Gallery 2.0!

While Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters was not fondly looked upon by many fans it’s still a personal favorite of mine. Much like the series many people were turned off by the Red Buster figuart. Admittedly he’s not perfect, thanks to the limited upper arm movement and especially difficult to swap hands. But Red Buster more than captures the look of it’s on screen counterpart and includes a wealth of accessories like the Sougan Blade, Ichigan Buster, & the combined Ichigan Buster Special Buster Mode! While imperfect Red Buster is still an admirable release that goes for some pretty rock bottom prices. Anyone looking to fill out their Super Sentai displays should definitely pick this one up!

We’ve attached a selection of images to this post but we’ve assembled a full review and over 60 images of S.H. Figuarts Red Buster after the jump. Just click “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this page to see them all! And remember this is your FINAL chance to qualify for the Toku Toy Box Giveaway! That means all you have to do is post something relevant to the conversation and you’re entered for a chance to win!
