This new look into the lives of the Ninja Team will be available August 9th
Toei recently invited 600 extras to perform the dance sequence for the ending of the forthcoming summer Kyoryuger movie. Each extra received a portion of the script as a present, which reveals that the title of the film will be “Gaburincho Of Music“.
This confirms the rumours that the film will be a musical, and will directed by Koichi Sakamoto and written by Riku Sanjo. It is due for release alongside Kamen Rider Wizard movie on August 3rd.

Thanks to an poster on 2chan we’ve gotten our first look at the Golden Wizard from the Kamen Rider Wizard Summer Film! Golden Wizard sports a similar design to Wizard himself, albeit with a giant hat shoulder pads and cape. I’m getting a certain Magiking feel from him.
Also seen in this image is the first glimpse of the army of Wizards said to appear in the film. According to leaked rumors about the film everyone will become Wizards for a brief time.

Toei’s famous astral heroes are teaming up to teach youngsters about space history!
A special event hosted by Saitama Youth Astronomical Museum features Fourze & Gavan telling the history of Voyager 1, the spacecraft launched beyond our solar system with recordings of our world to attract the possibility of alien life.
What effects this may have on Megatron’s plans for the future of Cybertron are yet to be determined. :)

Previously speculated but now confirmed, Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger Season 2 will only run for 13 episodes. Listings have just gone up at CD Japan for the Blu-Ray release of the series. The description for volume 4 sadly confirms that much like Akibaranger Season 1 there will only be 13 episodes.
However don’t be too sad. Season 1 ran for 13 episodes but garnered love from fans all over the world, the series was a commercial and critical success. Fans demanded more and the show returned for it’s triumphant 2nd Season , which is already shaping up to be the same kind of success. In this writer’s (and fan’s) opinion this series may continue this formula if there are further installments after this year. It’s been successful doing so thus far, so why change things up now?
The official Toei Youtube channel as uploaded a promotional video for a Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger & Super Sentai Dinosaur Encyclopedia DVD special. This DVD will be given away with the June issue of Televi-kun magazine.
The DVD will feature a guide to the Kyoryugers, their arsenal, beast batteries and partners. All included will be information on the dinosaurs of past Super Sentai series!

That’s right folks! We’ve had Red, Blue, Black, Green, Pink, Cyan, and Gold already and now we’re going to be seeing the newest, 8th, Kyoryuger! This June will see the debut of Zyudenryu Bunpachy. By combining with Gabutyra and Ankydon Kyoryuzin Kung Fu is formed! And just as has been long speculated it looks like this info confirms that the 10 Guardians from Kyoryuger will all have partner rangers!
Courtesy of J-Hero.com , is a teaser image of Bunpachys partner who, based on Bunpachys colors, will most likely be called KyoryuGray! Now let the speculation run wild! This almost certainly means Pleson and Bragigas will have partners too, and we know that the summer film exclusive Tobaspino also has a partner. If true then these additional rangers will bring the count up to 11 for Kyoryuger!!
The first trailer for Super Hero Taisen Z’s net movies has been released, titled: Net Movie Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff: Super Hero Taisen Otsu: Heroo! Answers(Now that’s a mouthful!)
Featuring the antics of DekaRed, Gavan, and Kamen Rider W teaming up, Den-O’s Urataros dating Battle Fever J’s Miss America, Stronger and Tackle living together as a married couple and other hilarious shorts.

A sad bit of news today. Veteran tokusatsu actor Toshiaki Nishizawa has passed away at age 77. Nishizawa is perhaps best known by toku fans for his lengthy role as Commander Qom in the first Metal Hero Series Uchuu Keiji Gavan and his continuation of that role in Uchuu Keiji Sharivan and Uchuu Keiji Shaider. True to his character Nishizawa even returned to play Commander Qom in the recent Uchuu Keiji Gavan The Movie.
Mr. Nishizawa lost a long battle with lung cancer today at a Tokyo Hospital. His passing comes at a time when Metal Heroes are in a full revival, and the legacy of Mr. Nishizawa and Commander Qom will not be forgotten. As the newest Space Sheriff, Geki Jumonji, would say “leave light in the dust.”

The end credits of Super Hero Taisen Z would reveal some surprising news: Shotaro Ishinomori’s Kikaider will be making a come back with a new revival project in the works.
However, at the time of this posting it is currently unknown whether or not this project will be another anime adaption or live action. We’ll bring more news on this project as it becomes available.
