This villainous rider of the Kamen Rider Grease V-Cinema may appear to be a mere reuse of the Build Hazard Form release, but to sweeten the deal Tamashii has *loaded* Metal Build with extra accessories.

Not just alternate hands like Build Hazard included, but also the Kaizoku & Ressha Bottles and Lock & Dragon bottles, as well as heads to match them AND the signature weapons for each form! The Beat Crosser & Pirate Hashyar! The best part about these alternate bottles heads and weapons, is that they can accessorize your original Build Hazard Form!

The entire set will be available as a Tamashii Web Exclusive in August 2020 for 7150 yen!

The people at Shout! Factory have teamed up with the minds at Pluto TV to create an exclusive new streaming channel for tokusatsu projects!

Titled TokoSHOUTsu this new platform will allow a variety of shows to viewers- including the legendary 1971 Kamen Rider series available for the first time in the US!

In addition, TokuSHOUTsu will produce ORIGINAL content- including a weekly series known as Let’s Talk Toku hosted by Squall Charlson that will feature Power Rangers alumni Jason Narvey in a guest spot for some episodes.

TokuSHOUTsu officially launches at 12AM Tuesday March 17 2020 and will be available on Channel 681 via Pluto TV- which can be accessed from a variety of streaming devices including Roku, Amazon Fire & Apple TV.

The SPD Red Ranger is our inaugural gallery from Power Rangers Lightning Collection Wave 4. A recently released wave both at retail and online, it’s off to a strong start with Jack here. While this base mold here is something we’ve seen a number of times with some parts differentiation, it’s undeniable how stylish the SPD/Dekaranger suit design is and just well it translates to figure form. Equipped with twin combining SPD Blasters, blaster effect a Delta Morpher, two more hands, and a Jack Landors unmasked head, this figure will fit right into to any ranger/sentai collection as the best of both worlds.

Clearly no longer content with being the second best purveyor of tokusatsu toys in all of Japan, Evolution Toy have announced the latest classic hero to be joining their growing Hero Action Figure line. Out for vengeance with his howling whip, it’s the extraordinary Zubat!

The 1977 creation of Shotaro Ishinomori will be joining the line later this year in July, with a price of 9860 yen. Preorders are now open, and listings confirm that the figure will come packaged with four additional hands as well as his signature whip.

Surprise!

The 98 episode series run of the original Kamen Rider series (1971-1973) is available to stream, for free, with English subtitles on the streaming service tubitv by Shout! Factory TV.

It would appear that the rumors may hold some merit that Shout! Factory has acquired some sort of license for Kamen Rider in the United States what with their logo on the graphic.  Obviously, we await more details.  Stay tuned!

UPDATE  5pm EST 03/11/2020 – The episodes are no longer available on tubitv.  While the category still exists, the actual episodes are not available to stream.  There was online chatter from some folks last night that this listing was put up early – so stay tuned for potential updates or announcements in the future.

UPDATE 5:05pm EST 03/11/2020 – TubiTV has stated the series will be available on March 17th.

A new DX release has been confirmed for Kamen Rider Zero-One!

This is the DX SlashRiser, the henshin device used by Kamen Rider Jin. The SlashRiser comes with the Burning Falcon Progrise Key– which is compatible with other Zero-One henshin devices.

The DX SlashRiser will be a Premium Bandai release in June 2020. The price is a modest 6050 Yen before shipping & handling.

After an early teaser, we now have full details on the next Complete Selection Modification release for Kamen Rider Blade!

This time Kamen Rider Garren joins the CSM lineup with a three-part offering:

*The Garren Buckle, Kamen Rider Garrens’ henshin device
*The Garren Rouser, his primary weapon
*The Rouse Absorber, which upgrades Garren into his Jack Form.

In addition, the CSM set comes with 31 cards for Garrens’ various combat techniques. 18 cards will be blank, to seal the sinister Undead monsters should need arise.

Kamen Rider Garrens’ CSM offerings will be released in June 2020. The Complete Selection Modification series will offer several release options for Kamen Rider Garren gear-

*The full set, with Buckle, Rouser and Absorber will cost you 48400 Yen.
*A secondary set, offering just the Buckle and basic cards will be available for 22000 Yen.
*Finally, a Buckle & Rouser set will be available for 44000 Yen.

RYUSOUL CHANGE!

Ryusoulger’s final episode debuted this past weekend, and P-Bandai is commemorating this departure with a new roleplay item: The Ryusoul Calibur Memorial Edition!

The key difference here is that the blade’s been extended when compared to the DX Toy, the Ryusoul Ken Memorial Edition will also include pre-recorded lines from the cast in addition to a BGM change gimmick akin to some Complete Selection items. Red’s Ryusoul is included with this product, though at this time it isn’t clear if the other DX Ryusouls will be able to function in this.

None the less, the Ryusoul Ken Memorial Edition will retail for 16,500 yen. Pre-orders for this item will begin March 2nd with the cut off date being April 20th. The sword will then ship out in September.

Toei has released a short teaser for the upcoming Kamen Rider Zero-One miniseries, Project Thouser.

Project Thouser is a prequel event exploring the origins of the golden soldier and his secret connections to the MetsobuJinrai.net group.

This 2-part special will be included on the Kamen Rider Zero-One Blu-Ray releases, with part 1 coming in April 2020 and part 2 scheduled for release in August 2020.

As you may recall, we first caught wind of a Zeo Megazord figure coming our way from Hasbro thanks to some listings that were found at Canadian retail. Today, we finally have our first look at the big mama jama itself thanks to this new photo taken from Melbourne Toy Fair in Australia.

At the moment, there isn’t much word on when we can expect this to go on sale, or if this is even part of the Lightning Collection. Hopefully, we’ll be seeing more updates soon and we’ll be sure to keep you updated once more info is available.
