Today is the official “launch day” for the Power Rangers Movie toys! And as fans rush out to their local Toys’R’Us stores to grab themselves some new Power Rangers Movie toys, RangerNation.com has shared some of the upcoming toy images.
We get our first look at the 5″ Movie figures. Red Ranger comes with his Power Sword, while Blue, Black, Pink and Yellow come with … blue fire-effect fist weapons. At this time, it’s hard to say whether or not they will have their traditional weapons like the Red Ranger or not, but some fans are expressing disappointment on social media. Also shown is Alpha 5.
We also get our first look at the Movie FX Red Ranger mask, complete with sounds from the Red Ranger in the Power Rangers Movie.

The 41st Super Sentai information dump has begun to appear! Thanks to CraneJoe, who attends the Bandai Japan meetings on an annual basis, has shared the information he has taken. There’s been a lot of misinformation the last few days including fake pictures. However, given CraneJoe’s reliability of the years, we’ve chosen to post this information. As always, it’s subject to change and some may be slightly inaccurate. We will continue to update you on any more news that comes out of the next series, Uchuu Sentai Kyuuranger!

Announced back in August, we finally have some new images and info from the upcoming Space Squad team-up movie featuring Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger & Uchuu Keiji Gavan!
The information revealed today is mostly things we either already knew or at least assumed. The venerable Kenji Ohba will of course be returning to the role he originated as Retsu Ichijouji/Gavan. This film also sees the return of Doggie Krueger/Dekamaster & Tetsu/Dekabreak. They previously returned with the the rest of the team in Dekaranger 10 Years After. It was assumed they’d be back again but it’s nice to see it confirmed.
Perhaps the most surprising bit of info revealed by the official Space Squad twitter is the addition of a previously unannounced villain to the film. Mad Gallant! This classic villain from 1985’s Kyojuu Tokusou Juspion has been resurrected to menace to menace heroes one more time. Also returning to voice Mad Gallant is his original actor as well, Junichi Haruta! Much like Grifforzer, Geildon, Apollo Geist & other resurrected villains the new Mad Gallant features a design reminiscent of his original with a few new additions.
Space Squad will be screened in theaters on June 17th and released on Blu-ray & DVD on August 9th 2017!

Toku Toy Box has officially begun! And the first gallery that can qualify you for entry in this years’ contest is none other than S.H. Figuarts Walter from Tokkei Winspector!
Walter rounds out the Winspector trio in spectacular fashion following up from comrades Fire & Bikel. An accessory pack for the team was just released as well, we’ll be taking a look at it next month. But for now Walter is a magnificent follow up to two excellent releases. Featuring all the hallmarks of this subline, Walter has excellent articulation and a plethora of accessories for display options. His signature Dislider jetpack/shield, a pair of oil cans for having a drink, numerous extra hands, and the ever present Daytric M2 sidearm. Walter is the perfection finish to an excellent lineup of characters.
