The current hero Kamen Rider Geats meets up with Kamen Rider Revi & Kamen Rider Vice– and some member of Kamen Rider Ryuki will also join the fray!

It has been a long 19 months for those of us eagerly waiting to see Inferno Girl Red (written by Mat Groom, drawn by Erica D’Urso, colored by Igor Monti, letters by Becca Carey, with Kyle Higgins as editor) but for backers of the Kickstarter – that wait is now over!

The digital copy of Inferno Girl Red was sent to Kickstarter backers yesterday.

Inferno Girl Red is Cássia – a young woman who, with the help of a magical bracelet, is able to transform in to Inferno Girl Red to fight off all things bad and evil!  Appearing in the back of Radiant Black Issue 01 as a teaser, then later in Massive-verse Issue 01, fans of that universe have been patiently waiting to learn her backstory.

It seems Toei has a SECOND Super Sentai reunion project in the works!

A new movie has been announced celebrating the 20th anniversary of Bakuryu Sentai AbaRanger! Titled Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger 20th: Unforgivable Abare this project will see the Abarangers fight again after 20 years in a world that no longer recognizes their heroic actions. To defeat their newest foe, AbaRed will be given an amazing new power- transforming him into Cho Abare Max!

All five AbaRanger actors are returning for this project:

*Sho Tomita/ AbareBlue
*Aiko Ito/ AbareYellow
*Kaoru Abe/ AbareBlack
*Koutaro Tanaka/ AbareKiller

In addition, series head writer Naruhisa Arakawa is returning to pen the project.

To coincide with this release, Premium Bandai will be releasing a Memorial Edition of the main henshin device: the DinoBrace! The home video release of this special will include a unique Bakuryu Plate based on the new Cho Abare Max form.

Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger 20th: Unforgivable Abare will receive a limited theatrical release in 2023 with a home release scheduled for March 27 2024!

Toei has announced a new project celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Super Sentai series Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger!

Titled Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger de Gozaru! Shushuuto 20th Anniversary the story features the Hurricane Sentai traveling back in time to the Edo Period to stop a mysterious new evil.

All five of the Hurricaneger actors will be returning-


*Shun Shioya/ Hurricane Red
*Nao Nagasawa/ Hurricane Blue
*Kohei Yamamoto/ Hurricane Yellow
*Yujiro Shirakawa/ Kabuto Ranger
*Nobuo Kyo/ Kuwaga Ranger

The film will be directed by Katsuya Watanabe who previously directed the Hurricaneger 10 Years After special.

Ninpuu Sentai Hurricanger de Gozaru is scheduled for a limited theatrical release in Summer 2023 with a home media release planned for October 2023.

And just in time for the film, Premium Bandai will be releasing a Memorial Edition of the series’ main henshin device- the Hurricane Gyro! Price and release details for the Memorial Edition Hurricane Gyro are not confirmed at time of writing, so stay tuned to TokuNation for further updates!

Now, it’s time for the Highlight! 

 

The recent wave of Kamen Rider Geats magazine scans reveals some major changes heading to the next round of the Desire Grand Prix, as always these scans might give off potential spoilers so be warned before reading on.

Kicking things off, we have a new type of Buckle called the Fever Slot Raise Buckle, this buckle’s main gimmick is that it’ll randomly add a large type of buckle to the secondary slot, as demonstrated by the FeverBoost and FeverMagnum forms as well as Buffa utilizing the Beats Buckle in conjunction with Zombie.

Kamen Rider Nago receives an upgrade in the form of Nago Beats, and we’re given another look at PunkJack Monster. In addition, two new Riders will be entering the fray: Kamen Rider Keirou and Kamen Rider Letta. Finally, a Jyamto utilizing the Desire Driver, an ID Core, and even a Jyamato buckle was highlighted in these scans.
