Tire Koukan TK-05 Drive Type Technique Revealed

Posted on November 22, 2014 at 1:45 am by Den-O under Kamen Rider

After some on the set spy shots captured what was thought to be this Drive Type last month, it was only a matter of time before toy images surfaced. The wait is over now, Tire Koukan TK-05 Drive Type Technique is revealed!

The first thing you should notice is that like Type Wild, Type Technique shuffles the Tire Koukan gimmick around again. Type Speed had a sash along the torso, Wild had a shoulder attachment, but for Type Technique the Tire’s attach to the neck!

This figure will be released in December around the same time as TK-06 Machine Chaser, Drive Type Technique will retail for 3456 yen.

Possible Image of Movie Edition White Ranger Legacy Morpher In Package

Posted on November 21, 2014 at 11:08 pm by Den-O under Power Rangers

Take this discovery with a grain of salt for now but it appears we may have found our first packaged image of the Original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Movie White Ranger Legacy Morpher! Originally revealed at SDCC 2014 this morpher was thought to be released in 2015 at Toys R Us.

Posted by Instagram user loonztm the original source for this image has yet to be found. Supposedly this Movie Legacy Morpher was found within a Toys R Us location of some kind, whether that’s a retail store or a warehouse location is unknown, and then posted online. While it certainly appears to be a legitimate shot of the box for this upcoming Toys R Us exclusive, we’ve yet to be able to confirm that.

We’ll keep you updated on any new information for this product as it becomes available!

TK-03 Tire Koukan Kamen Rider Drive Type Wild Gallery & Video Review

Posted on November 21, 2014 at 10:00 am by Den-O under Kamen Rider

Wild!

TokuNation continues racing down the track of justice with Kamen Rider Drive! And today we bring you another gallery & video pairing from the Tire Koukan toyline, it’s none other than TK-03 Kamen Rider Drive Type Wild!

Type Wild is only the second stand alone figure release in this line but it already sets the bar high. Rather than just a decent figure like the previously released Type Speed, or a stand alone accessory set like TK-02, Drive Type Wild is the full package. An excellently detailed figure complemented by the perfect accessories. His standard Type Wild Tire, the Rumble Dump Tire capable of splitting off it’s drill attachment for hand to hand use, and to top it of the Handle Sword! Type Wild really has it all, with that mean walking tank look and these weapons it’s a definite winner.

Below is a video review of TK-03 Drive Type Wild by my good friend and frequent collaborator Baltmatrix! Be sure to watch the review below and stay up to date with all his reviews by following him @baltmatrix on twitter and subscribing to his youtube page!

And after the jump we’ve assembled 70 images of this excellent figure for your viewing pleasure! Just click “Discuss on the TokuNation forums” to be taken to the full gallery thread. Baltmatrix & I will be back once again in the near future with a series of Power Rangers Dino Charge reviews as well!

Arms Change Premium Kamen Rider Knuckle Gallery & Video Review

Posted on November 19, 2014 at 10:42 am by Den-O under Kamen Rider

Kurumi Arms, misterrrrrrrr Knuckleman!!

Premium Bandai is at it once again! Continuing the ever popular Arms Change line of action figures from Kamen Rider Gaim is the 4th premium AC release. ACPB04 Arms Change Kamen Rider Knuckle Kurumi Arms!

Knuckle is of course the 2nd rider from Team Baron, and was the teams de facto leader after Kaito Kumon quit the Beast Rider scene. Being a bit of mix/match Knuckle winds up having a basic body mostly like that of Kurokage but with an altered semi-Gridon style head. Where Arms Change Kamen Rider Knuckle shines though is the included Kurumi Arms (walnut). A nice big bulky set of armor with quite a bit of detail that really makes this otherwise plain looking figure pop. Then there’s also his trademark weapons the Kurumi Bomber gauntlets. These gigantic fists set Knuckle apart from the rest of the Armored Riders out there making him a strictly short range hand to hand combatant. This unique pairing of Arms & weapons actually work well with almost any Arms Change figure out there too as we’ve demonstrated in the full gallery.

But before you check out our image gallery of this latest addition to the Arms Change line, you need stop below and check out our friend and contributor Baltmatrix’s video review of AC Knuckle!

As always we’ve done our best to come together and give you a full package experience between images and video of yet another offering in this ever growing line. After you’ve checked out Baltmatrix’s video review please be sure to click “Discuss on the TokuNation forums” at the bottom of this post to be taken to the full gallery of over 50 images!

Let’s Watch Wednesdays Week 3 Power Rangers In Space 7-9

Posted on November 19, 2014 at 10:08 am by Den-O under Power Rangers, TokuNation, TokuNation Spotlights

TokuNation’s weekly viewing segment returns with another installment of Power Rangers In Space!

After last weeks shell shocking crossover the rangers are back to fighting Astronema’s forces on their own. But as Andros tries to adjust to life as the other rangers have always known it, he’ll have an encounter or two with the unfamiliar concepts of greed & deceit. Meanwhile Bulk & Skull continue to get into high tech hijinks with the professor. Hijinks Astronema herself has taken an interest in, that can’t be good. And finally with Simudeck malfunctioning in an epic way Craterites have been unleashed on Angel Grove! It looks like these creepy creations intend to body snatch all the people in the city!

Rocket Powered Reading #3
Since they’ve been brought up this week let’s talk Craterites! These odd foes of the rangers are normally just simulations produced for training purposes, but this week sees a Simudeck malfunction bring them into reality en mass. However in the Denji Sentai Megaranger footage used to create the series these creatures, the Kunekune, were front and center as the primary footsoldiers of the Nezirejia Kingdom!

The Kunekune were deemed a bit too silly and generic to be used for the Power Rangers adaptation of Megaranger. So in much the same way the previous years villains from Carranger, the Wumpers, were dropped in favor of the Saban developed Piranhatons, the Kunekune were dropped in favor of the robotic Quantrons. Though the Kunekune made it into the show as Simudec foes nearly all footage aside from this pertaining to them was removed from In Space.

Tire Koukan TK-06 Machine Chaser Gimmick & Accessories Revealed

Posted on November 19, 2014 at 1:54 am by Den-O under Kamen Rider

Joining the Tire Koukan line next month it seems TK-06 Machine Chaser will be more of an all inclusive package than we thought. Not only will he include his Break Gunner weapon but also all 3 weapons accessed from his Chaser Spider, Chaser Bat, & Chaser Cobra Viral Cores! This new image of Machine Chaser also confirms his compatibility with Kamen Rider Drive’s Tires!

So now we know that Machine Chaser can steal and use Shift Cars as recent episodes have shown, the toy demonstrates his ability to use Drive’s Tires, and we know that in the near future his bike the Ride Chaser will have a combination features with Kamen Rider Mach’s Ride Macher. What do all these bits of information amount to? We’ll find out in the coming months.

For now be sure to pick up TK-06 Machine Chaser which releases in December for 3456 yen.

EXCLUSIVE – Power Rangers Dino Charge Dino Cycle In-Hand Images, Video Unboxing

Posted on November 16, 2014 at 7:50 pm by Den-O under Power Rangers

The hits just keep coming this weekend! Power Rangers Dino Charge products continue to trickle out to retail and as they do more and more of our users are finding them. Today our very own GoseiWonder has come upon the Dino Charge Dino Cycle with Black Ranger figure!

Found at the St Cloud MN Toys R Us location, the Dino Cycle is Power Rangers Dino Charge’s interpretation of the Deinochaser motorcycle from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. The example found here is a red/silver variation of the standard yellow/black Dino Cycle and comes packed with the Dino Charge Black Ranger 4″ figure. A standard yellow/black Dino Cycle with Red Ranger is also currently hitting retail as is a silver/black variant including a Blue Ranger.

Contrary to popular belief the Dino Cycle indeed splits into it’s two dino zord components though not in the same way as it’s Japanese counterpart. It does however feature Zord Builder ports making it compatible with the other zords in the Dino Charge toyline. Check out 20 images after the jump of this set and look below for a quick  & dirty un-boxing video from GoseiWonder as well!

Check back with us later in the week for an in depth Hi-res gallery of the Dino Cycle set as well! As more Dino Charge product hits retail we’ll be covering every piece of it!

If you’ve found new toys – tell us! Tell your fellow collectors! Post your sighting in our state-by-state Sightings forum! Don’t forget you can also tweet us your findings @TokuNation on Twitter and we’ll retweet it to the rest of Ranger Nation!

Get charged up and let the hunt continue!

Posted on November 15, 2014 at 4:44 pm by Den-O under Power Rangers

This day just continues to charge up! TokuNation forum member GoseiWonder has just come across yet another new piece of merchandise from the Power Rangers Dino Charge! The Dino Cycle with Black Ranger figure!

This Dino Cycle, a variation on the standard yellow/black cycle, was found in the St Cloud MN Toys R Us location. Luckily for us GoseiWonder was kind enough to not only take an image of it on the shelf, but also snap an image for the back of the packaging giving us our first glimpse at how the Cycle splits in two, as well as the other 2 color variations with rangers, and stock images showing off how the Dino Charge Megazord interacts with the rest of the line!

GoseiWonder was also kind enough to take a brief video showcasing how the Dino Charger included with the just release Para Zord works!

Be sure to swing by Razzles Dazzles for a comprehensive rundown of which Toys R Us locations are expected to receive Power Rangers Dino Charge product soon!
