And now the wait begins. When will we get an official Power Rangers Movie trailer? Some whispers are that we won’t see anything until Thanksgiving at the earliest. When will the movie toys be revealed? These will most likely begin to leak out (they’ve already leaked to an extent however we are not posting them at the behest of Lionsgate and Bandai America) within the next month or two, and they should be on full display at Toy Fair 2017.

Another New York Comic Con has come and gone and 2016 was another busy year! Our team hit the ground hard starting Wednesday night at Hasbro’s “Twas the Night Before…” event, and continued in to an all-day coverage attack on Thursday!

And while the majority of our team left after Thursday, we still had our secret weapon in attendance … our very own Sentai Tamashii/@SoulInkChu! He managed to run through some of the smaller portions of the event and got us even more coverage and spent time talking to various companies along the way.

During today’s Power Rangers Movie panel at New York Comic Con 2016, director of the film Dean Israelite confirmed to the crowd that Goldar is indeed in the movie. While discussing things that we’ll see in future trailers, he mentioned Putties, the Space Ship, and Goldar.

New York Comic Con 2016 started with a bang on Wednesday at Hasbro’s Twas the Night Before… event. Thursday was day 1 of the show on the main floor and we attacked it hard right from the jump. We got most if not all of the product displays from the various companies at the show done on day 1, well over 2500 images. Thanks to a report from Bleeding Cool News, word has hit that there may be a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers vs Justice League comic in the works! We reached out to BOOM! Studios regarding the story and the response we received was “No comment!”.

Stay tuned for quite possibly the greatest spandex fight in the history of Power Rangers!
