Medicom Reveals RAH DX Kamen Rider Joker 2.0!

Posted on October 23, 2014 at 9:23 pm by Kiryu under Kamen Rider

“Now…count up your crimes!”

The fan favrioute Kamen Rider Joker returns to Medicom’s high end RAH DX line with figure that utilizes the new body from Cyclone Joker 2.0!

RAH DX Kamen Rider Joker 2.0 like all recent RAH DX releases will only be avalaible online via Medicom’s Premium Club site even more bad news is that the figure is quite expensive compared to a Figuarts, retailing for 22,680 yen before middle man fees and shipping.

But on the positive side, the figure will be going up for pre order October 24th and won’t see release till May 2015, offering plenty of time to save.

S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Blade Broken Head Version Official Images

Posted on October 23, 2014 at 2:01 pm by Den-O under Kamen Rider

Revealed earlier this week among several other new figures, the Tamashii Web Shop has updated with official images and pricing info for the upcoming S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Blade Broken Head Version!

This battle damaged reissue of Kamen Rider Blade seems to includes most of what the original release did aside from the Lightning Blast effect parts and the piece of rubble to place the Rouzer  in. It swaps the standard head for the “broken” version so there’s no undamaged helmet included either. What it does have are 3 & 1/2 sets of additional hands, the Blay Rouzer holster, the Blay Rouzer itself, the fanned out Rouze Card part, and the same Rouze card sticker set included with the first release.

S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Blade Broken Version will be released as a Tamashii Web Exclusive in April 2015 for 4320 yen.

Let’s Watch Wednesdays FINALE Onigashima Warship & Cho Den-O Trilogy!

Posted on October 22, 2014 at 3:49 pm by Den-O under Kamen Rider, TokuNation, TokuNation Spotlights

It’s time at last for the finale of Kamen Rider Den-O with Let’s Watch Wednesdays! It’s been a long journey but we’re finally here. Admittedly this week is more optional than anything, the story proper was wrapped up with Final Countdown, but a few new mysteries abound…

Picking up just after a brief crossover in Kamen Rider Decade, Onigashima Warship sees a small army of Oni transported from the past to the year 1980. Here they seek the key to the Onigashima Warship, literally their last trump card. With the young boy Yu and a little help from Kamen Rider Decade, can the Den-Liner crew repair the past and fix the de-aged Ryutaro or return the vanished Yuuto? A passing through rider or two, plenty of body snatching, and form changes abound!

And the finale, the Cho Den-O Trilogy! The first film, Episode Red, features Kamen Rider Zeronos and Airi Nogami sorting out the sordid history (and future) of their love. Episode Blue features New Den-O & Teddy. Friends from the future, can these inheritors of the Den-O legacy survive the past and return to their future? And finally Episode Yellow focuses on, Kamen Rider Diend?! That’s right, the thieving hero/crook from Kamen Rider Decade has come to (sort of) right the wrongs of his own past. But being pursued by the new Kamen Rider G Den-O brings it’s own problems. With time travelling hijinks, more than a few double crosses, precious mementos, and at least one insane artificial Imagin, is it any wonder Diend is here? Have no fear, this time Diend steals the show with his Complete Form!

Next up is an odd one that’s sure to please Kamen Rider Blade fans. The elusive and popular S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Blade is getting a reissue, with a twist! S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Kuuga Renewal Revealed!

Posted on October 21, 2014 at 10:47 pm by Den-O under Conventions, Kamen Rider, Other Conventions

Long speculated by fans and finally confirmed, the next premium Shinkocchou Seihou style S.H. Figuarts release is a Kamen Rider Kuuga Renewal! Demanded by fans for a very long time Bandai is finally taking a second crack at Kamen Rider Kuuga.

With the original being one of the earliest S.H. Figuarts it really shows it’s age. While we’ve yet to confirm solid details on the accessories included, S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Kuuga Renewal will be released in April 2015 for 5400 yen. A rather steep price tag that’s in line with the two previous premium style releases Kabuto Renewal & Hibiki. Expect to see more images of this exciting new figure at the upcoming Tamashii Nations 2014 at the end of October!
