Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue Titanium Ranger Gallery

Posted on March 16, 2014 at 10:00 pm by Den-O under Power Rangers

Titanium Power!

In case you didn’t know it, currently everybody’s favorite rangers are fighting it out in Saban’s Morphin Madness competition. And the one and only Titanium Ranger is also a part of this free for all competition! Titanium Ranger was of course the first entirely US exclusive ranger introduced into the Power Rangers saga, he holds a unique place as he has no Japanese Sentai counterpart. Created for Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue, the Titanium Ranger continues to have fans even to this day!

So in honor of Titanium Ranger and his inclusion in Morphin Madness we present this 35 image gallery for your viewing pleasure! Check out what a classic figure like this can do just by clicking “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post!

And by the way you should DEFINITELY check out RangerStop.com! I had the pleasure of stopping by the Ranger Stop booth at this weekends Lexington Comic & toy Convention and trust me when I say a majority of my time was spent there. The fine people at Ranger Stop have the best selection of Power Rangers toys you could ask for. The Titanium Ranger used in this gallery comes courtesy of them as well.

And don’t forget to head over to Morphin Madness and vote for Titanium Ranger right now! If he advances, and can make it to the final 5, then an exclusive ranger key will produced of him!

Power Rangers Turbo Phantom Ranger 8 Inch Figure Gallery by conundrum

Posted on March 13, 2014 at 6:32 pm by Chris under Power Rangers, Super Sentai

In celebration of the Power Rangers and their anniversary season, our very own conundrum is taking you back in time so you can Shift in to Turbo with a look at an older figure – the 8 inch Quick Draw Phantom Ranger figure!  For those of you who remember Power Rangers Turbo, the Phantom Ranger was an ally to the Power Rangers.  He would appear in both Power Rangers Turbo and Power Rangers In Space, but his true identity was never revealed (but the speculation runs rampant to this day).  If you’re more a fan of the Sentai side of things, then you recognize the figure as the VRV Master from Gekisou Sentai Carranger, an ally but not an official 6th Ranger to the team.  Unfortunately, due to his lack of an appearance in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, the probability that he appears in Power Rangers Super Megaforce is slim, as his costume was never seen on set.

So we’ll celebrate him right here!  Take a trip down memory lane and click the discussion link at the bottom, or simply click here to see the full gallery!

Power Rangers Morphin Madness Begins Today at 4pm!

Posted on March 10, 2014 at 3:10 pm by Chris under Power Rangers

In honor of the annual March Madness for college basketball, Saban Brands and Bandai of America have teamed up to create their own themed version of the bracket – Morphin Madness – where fans of Power Rangers will vote on their favorite Power Rangers against each other in a bracket-style tournament!  In the end, the Power Rangers that are the last standing will become a special edition Ranger Key set to be given to lucky fans who participate.  The grand prize however will be a 24k plated Gold Legendary Morpher (much like the 2013 SDCC 24k plated Gold Gosei Morpher).

We’re still not entirely sure how this is going to play out or how this is going to work – but at 4pm today (we assume PST/PDT) we will find out!  Begin the countdown and at 4pm head on over to MorphinMadness.com and begin voting for your favorite Power Rangers!

Godzilla 2014 Action Figure Listings from ToyWiz- SECOND Monster Design Revealed??

Posted on March 7, 2014 at 4:11 pm by Paladin under Godzilla

Online retailer ToyWiz has updated with several new photos of the action figure series for Legendary Pictures’ upcoming “Godzilla” revival!

Of particular note is a figure named “Winged Muto,” which may be the secret enemy monster that filmmakers had refused to confirm in official interviews.

All of ToyWiz’s Godzilla 2014 figures are listed as shipping in April but there have been some reports of stores breaking this street date and putting Godzilla toys on shelves now. If you’ve been lucky enough to find any Godzilla 2014 merchandise in stores, feel free to share in our Toy Sightings Forum and help out your fellow collectors!

Atomic Roar Godzilla 2014 Movie Figure Images

Posted on March 7, 2014 at 3:58 pm by Den-O under Godzilla

This little bit of news slipped by us apparently. Dread Central has acquired images of Bandai’s of America upcoming Atomic Roar Godzilla figure from the Godzilla 2014 Film. And this figure gives us our first good look at what the big man will look like in toy form.

The roar gimmick appears to be activated by leaning Godzilla forward, bending at the hips, causing him to roar. Fortunately the atomic fire breath appears to be included, inside of Godzilla’s throat, on a spring! Credit to sister site  ToyArk for the tip.

Super Megaforce Wild Force Red Lion Zord Gallery by conundrum

Posted on February 27, 2014 at 9:19 pm by Den-O under Power Rangers

Wild Access!

The Power Ranger Super Megaforce dry spell has ended thanks to photo & content member conundrum! So with that we’re back with a brand new gallery, and this time it’s the Wild Force Red Lion Zord!

The Red Lion is of course based on the mighty Gao Lion from Gaoranger, specifically based on his Gokaiger version of the character and his DX toy. Red Lion like Gao Lion features two unique combos with the Legendary Megazord. One a centaur like mode that serves as the Power Rangers Wild Force homage. The other is a massive samurai armor form that pays homage to Power Rangers Samurai. So far these forms are unnamed in the show, the toy packaging hasn’t given a name for them either. Their Japanese counterparts are Gao Gokai Oh and Shinken Gokai Oh respectively.

Click “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post to see conundrum’s full gallery. And if you’re interested in the differences then check out our previous gallery of the DX Gokai Machine Gao Lion as well.

Entertainment Earth News – Power Rangers Super Megaforce Ranger Keys Wave 4 Listing

Posted on February 27, 2014 at 4:20 pm by Chris under Power Rangers

Our sponsors EntertainmentEarth.com have put up a new listing for an upcoming Power Rangers Super Megaforce item – the fourth wave of the popular Ranger Keys! To check out the listing and place your pre-order, simply click here! There’s a couple of question marks in our heads as we review the listing in detail:

  • Super Megaforce (Red, Blue, Green)
  • Megaforce (Red, Blue, Black)
  • Samurai (Red, Blue, Green)
  • Mystic Force (Red, Green, Yellow)
  • SPD (Red, Blue, Green)
  • Zeo (Red, Blue, Green)
  • Alien (Red, Blue, Black)
  • Dino Thunder (Red, Blue, Black)
  • Operation Overdrive (Red, Blue, Black)
  • Jungle Fury (Red, Blue, Yellow)
  • RPM (Red, Blue, Yellow)
  • Mighty Morphin Legendary Ranger Key Set B

The first question is … why is there a Zeo Ranger Green listed?  Everything we’ve seen and read before has Yellow listed (who is a female).  So which one is it Bandai?  There’s also the exclusion of the White Alien Ranger, who was the leader of the team, but was also female.  But just when you’re ready to start shouting sexism, you see RPM Yellow and Jungle Fury Yellow listed, who are both females as well.  And more importantly … where is Ranger Keys Wave 3?  Interesting times for sure!  Discuss away your thoughts on the new listing of Power Rangers Super Megaforce Ranger Keys!
