Shout! Factory has put together a surprising new item: a special Mighty Morphin Power Rangers DVD release featuring the “Green With Evil” miniseries that introduced the world to Tommy Oliver, still a fan-favorite Ranger all these years later!

“Green With Evil” will be released on September 23rd for the relatively affordable price of 12.99.

As is usual with this time of the month the Tamashii Nations Akiba Showroom displays have been updated. Though so far only one toku item has been put into the displays, it’s a big one. S.H. Monsterarts “Legendary” Godzilla! Named so based on his appearance in the 2014 Godzilla reboot from Legendary Pictures.

This figure is due for release in Japan in September for 6800 yen. The Bluefin Distribution release of this figure will likewise be coming out in October for $67.99. Time for another official image dump! Bandai of Japan has just updated their official Ressha Sentai ToQger pages with new official images of:

  • DX Goseiger Ressha
  • DX Gokaiger Ressha
  • DX Yuudou Breaker (with Drill Ressha)

Goseiger & Gokaiger Resshas follow in the footsteps of the Kyoryuger & Go-Busters Resshas, all of which can form new heads and chest pieces for the DX ToQ Oh, each one resembling the main mecha of their respective series. The Yuudou Breaker is the personal weapon of the soon to be seen ToQ 6 and will include his Drill Ressha!

Thanks to board member raz and his blog Razzle’s Dazzles, we have the first information on upcoming Power Rangers Dino Charge figures. While there are no official images or prototype images available at this time, speculation has these toys all being revealed at this year’s upcoming San Diego Comic Con, and we here at TokuNation.com will be in attendance in full force, more so than previous years. And who better to bring the fight than everyone’s favorite evil, world conquering, backstabbing, brain switching, mad scientist extraordinaire!? Today’s gallery is of AC12 Arms Change Kamen Rider Duke!

Kamen Rider Duke Lemon Energy Arms is the 2nd of only two Energy Riders released at retail which seems odd considering his lack of appearances. However what isn’t odd is just how nice this guy is. As with all Arms Change figures Duke is of course from the main budget toyline, but he’s solidly made, well painted and is just tons of fun. Duke’s Lemon Energy Arms at first glance was thought to be a Mango Arms remold. However that isn’t the case! Read on to to see the differences between the two in our main gallery thread where we also have images of every Arms Change Duke has!

AND as a special bonus we’ve included a Baron Lemon Energy Arms conversion mini-tutorial! Though it’s as simple as removing the right screws and swapping some parts we wanted to make sure everyone had the opportunity to recreate this unique power for Kamen Rider Baron in toy form! It’s here! It’s Part 02 of the Talkin Ranger Toku Command at the Nation Summer Crossover Special! Featuring a line-up of hosts (Chris, Jordan, Tom, Eric, Zach, AP) from two podcasts (Talkin Toku and Ranger Command), the group gets together to discuss the pro’s and the con’s to Japanese Tokusatsu, specifically Super Sentai in comparison to Power Rangers (it was deemed prior to recording that comparing Kamen Rider or Garo to Power Rangers would be a bit unfair).

The dramatic, wonderfully acted and Oscar-deserving performances, comes to its epic conclusion! Be sure to listen all the way to the end to get to that epic conclusion! Like everyone else in the world – we speculate. We also discuss some of the new S.H. Figuarts that were revealed – Akarenger, Biorider, Kachidoki Arms. We also talk about Kamen Rider Malus, Kamen Rider Gaim Kiwami Arms, and even make predictions about Kamen Rider Drive, the next installment of Kamen Rider.

The good people at RangerCrew have received some new information about the remaining episodes of Power Rangers Super Megaforce!

Only one episode summary is available at the time of this writing, and we will keep the details of that off the main page as a courtesy for all fans who wish to remain unspoiled.

The remaining episodes will be:

Sadly, there is no information about when any of these new Super Megaforce episodes will begin airing.

under Super Sentai

As speculated earlier in the series it seems ToQger will feature a new power up, Hyper Mode!

Accessible through the Hyper Ressha, Hyper Mode gives the ToQger’s bright golden train armor for the chest and shoulders. Something very reminiscent of the Super Goseigers. Though for now this power up is confirmed only to be used by ToQ 1 it’s entirely possible that the other members may have access to it as well!

These magazine scan also show us our first image of Hyper Mode in toy form with the ToQ 1 Hyper Mode vinyl. We get a great look a the DX Daikaiten Cannon which includes the Hyper Ressha. And we get looks at the very first Shadow Line vinyls! General Schwarz and the Kuros!
