Power Rangers Micro Morphers Rangers & Zords Blind Bag Mini Gallery

Posted on April 16, 2019 at 9:46 pm by Den-O under Power Rangers, TokuNation, TokuNation Site Updates, TokuNation Spotlights

“Unleash the Beast!”

With Hasbro’s acquisition of the Power Rangers brand, both the TV show and the toy line have been revitalized. From the lowest price point entries up to the largest scale figures, everything has changed. While the majority of the brand is heavily focused on the currently airing Beast Morphers, we are still getting some product from throughout the franchise. One way is with collector style figures in the Lightning Collection line, another is through the mini figure line of Micro Morphers! Consisting of rangers, villains, and even some megazords, this line offers a fun alternative for fans of all ages.

Today we’ve taken a look at the Micro Morphers line for a little mini-review with 1 Blind Bag of rangers and 1 Megazord Blind Box. Coming 2 with 2 rangers per pack, the blind bag we opened came with a lovely Morph-X Red Ranger and the one and only Rita Repulsa! While our Megazord pack included the Beast-X Megazord as well as Smash the Beast Bot and the villainous Slicertron!

We’ve put together a 40 image mini-gallery of these figures that you can see attached to this post. Click “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post to see our full review and breakdown of these blind packs as well. We’ll be back soon with 6″ Blaze & Tronic!

Power Rangers Battle For the Grid Free Character DLC Announced

Posted on April 3, 2019 at 4:18 pm by Den-O under Power Rangers, Power Rangers Movie

After some hiccups with the launch of the game, Battle for the Grid appears to be moving along smoothly once again. nWay has just announced via the official @Battle4TheGrid twitter account that a new set of 3 rangers will be added to the game in the near future as FREE DLC!

The DLC includes Dragon Armor Trini from the Boom! Studios comics, Udonna the White Mystic Ranger of Power Rangers Mystic Force, and the original Cenozoic Blue Ranger of the 2017 Power Rangers movie! While there’s no specific date given for the release of this DLC, the Battle for the Grid teams wants players to know that this is only Update 1 for the game. More is on the way, and these characters are not the season 1 DLC pass characters previously mentioned.

We’ll update this story as soon as more confirmed release details are made available for this DLC pack.

Console & PC Release, Power Rangers Battle For The Grid Coming from nWay?

Posted on January 17, 2019 at 9:23 am by Den-O under Power Rangers

The popular mobile game Power Rangers Legacy Wars was released almost 2 years ago to quite a bit of excitement from fans. nWay games really struck a chord with fans of the franchise in creating the beat ’em up fighting game. However the game being limited to mobile has been the source of complaint from some fans. Now it looks as though nWay is about to take the game, or at least some version of it, to a wider market.

A trailer has appeared online (featuring Jason David Frank) showcasing what appears to be a new console & PC port of the game called Power Rangers Battle For the Grid. While nWay Games has yet to publicly reveal the game themselves, or even comment on the veracity of the trailer, it certainly looks like we’re about to get a console & PC port of the popular fighter. The game is reportedly set for an April 2019 release. Let us know what you think in the thread below!
