With the first images of the 47th Super Sentai now released, some new information about this upcoming series are coming to light!

Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger is the story of five Rulers who unite from across their kingdoms to defeat the Earth Empire Bugnarok.

*KuwagaOhger comes from the nation home to the guardian deities Shogodam- which will be the source of the series’ Mecha.
*TonboOhger hails from a civilization of great technology
*KamakiriOhger is the Queen of a land specializing in arts & medicine
*PapillionOhger represents a world of ice and snow
*HachiOhger leads a land of agriculture

With the power of the Ohger Caliber and the Kings Weapon shield, the five Rulers become the Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger!

This new Super Sentai will be directed by Kazuya Kamihoriuchi a veteran of multiple Kamen Rider projects. Writing the series is Minato Takano who wrote several special episodes for Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Kamen Rider Zero-One. Former suit actor Jun Watanabe will serve as the series’ action director.

Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger officially begins on March 5 2023!

Today we have the first official image of the 47th Super Sentai series- Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger!

The King-Ongher Sentai is a team of five- Red, Blue, Yellow, Black and PURPLE-in a first for Super Sentai main teams.

King-Ohger is described in early promotional materials as “A theme of Insects & Mechanics & Fantasy- Insect Warriors with kingly temperament!” The insect theme is detailed with each Ranger seen-

*Red is KuwagaOhger a stag beetle
*Blue is TonboOhger a dragonfly
*Yellow is KamiririOhger a mantis
*Purple is PapillionOhger a butterfly
*Black is HachiOhger a wasp

The insect theme also carries through to the Mecha, seen in the background. Based on preliminary toy listings we will have MULTIPLE add-on Mecha for this season-including a rumored TEN PIECE combo for the first quarter alone.

Toei has confirmed at least 3 returning Kamen Rider veterans for the upcoming crossover film, Kamen Rider Geats X Kamen Rider Revice: Movie War Battle Royale!

Three members of the Kamen Rider Ryuki cast are returning:

*Takamasa Suga as Kamen Rider Ryuki/Ryuga
*Satoshi Matsuda as Kamen Rider Knight
*Takashi Hagino as Kamen Rider Ohja

A full cast list for the feature has not been confirmed at time of writing.

Kamen Rider Geats X Kamen Rider Revice: Movie War Battle Royale is scheduled to premiere in theaters on December 23 2022!

Premium Bandai has announced the next update for the Complete Selection Modification line!

The Kabuto Zector from 2006’s Kamen Rider Kabuto will be receiving a Version 1.5 release with updated paint details and sounds.

The Version 1.5 Complete Selection Modification Kabuto Zector is scheduled for release in May 2023. The price is a modest 22000 Yen.

The Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club has announced a very special Super Sentai teamup- uniting the 26th Super Sentai Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger with the current Super Sentai team Avataro Sentai Donbrothers!

When the 3 Hurricanegers dine at the cafe where OniSister works, the teams meet and adventure begins.

Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger With Avataro Sentai Donbrothers is scheduled for release on December 25 2022.

An early teaser image has been published for the upcoming 47th Super Sentai series, Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger!

The silhouette shows a team of five Rangers with capes and armor. Current rumors about this series suggest armor-swapping may be part of the team gimmick.

Anime studio Kadokawa has offered the first look at a new project starring the Invincible Friend To All Children- the kaiju Gamera!

This will be the first proper Gamera project since 2006.
