Thanks to Saban Brands we have the official press release for the upcoming season of Power Rangers Dino Charge! While this press release doesn’t really give us anything new in terms of news except that on Nick.com there will be a new Power Rangers Dino Charge – Unleash the Power game launching on February 16th.

Premiering on Nickelodeon, the new season will deliver more dino-charged action and adventure than ever before, with an out-of-this-world storyline and an epic new team of Rangers. New episodes from this larger-than-life season will continue to air every Saturday at 12 p.m. on Nickelodeon in the U.S., with encore episodes airing Sundays at 8 a.m. on Nickelodeon and Saturdays at 7 p.m. on Nicktoons. The dinosaur theme has always been the strongest for Saban’s Power Rangers franchise from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to Power Rangers Dino Thunder, priming this newest season to become a fan-favorite with the return to the popular theme for the first time in over 10 years.

In Power Rangers Dino Charge, an alien entrusted powerful Energems to 10 dinosaurs, but when the dinosaurs went extinct, the Energems were lost. Now, an intergalactic bounty hunter is determined to reclaim the Energems and rule the universe, destroying our planet in the process. A new team of Power Rangers must find the lost Energems and use their Dino Chargers to power up an arsenal of dino-fueled weapons, zords and Megazords to save the world!

Thanks to one of Astronema’s monsters Carlos injures Cassie. Doubting himself Carlos wonders if he’s even fit to be a Power Ranger anymore. Luckily an old friend and ally, Adam, returns! But the former Black Ranger has more than just training for Carlos. Cobbled together from broken bits and hope, Adam’s original Power Morpher has been rebuilt! But with his powers in flux, and the risk of using them great, can the Mighty Morphin Black Ranger rise again?

Meanwhile Andros has another run in with Darkonda & 1 of his 9 lives, and Astronema tries desperately to discover her past. Her brother is still alive out there somewhere, Andros sister is too. And a pair of lockets will link them all together….

Though most of the initial waves of Power Rangers Dino Charge product have made their way to store shelves here in the US, London Toy Fair has managed to reveal one pretty cool surprise. On display for the first time ever is the first figure from Bandai’s revitalized Mix N Morph toyline!

Tucked between various other wave 1 products we have our first actual images of the Mix N Morph White Claw Rangerzord! Unlike the Mix N Morph line of 5 years ago this line aims for figures in more of a 5″ scale along the lines of Hasbro’s Hero Mashers line. THis figure is clearly inspired by the Samurai Clawzord but with an entirely new coloration. What more can we expect from this line

The good people at RangerCrew have uncovered some interesting summaries for the first four episodes of Power Rangers Dino Charge– finally giving us some insight regarding the storytelling process for this new season!

501 – Powers From The Past (2/7)
Millions of years after the mysterious and powerful Energems were entrusted to the now extinct dinosaurs for protection from a ruthless bounty hunter, a pair of courageous teens find themselves in possession of two of these long lost precious artifacts, and come face to face with a monster who will do everything in his power to steal them for himself.

502 – Past, Present and Fusion (2/14)
A new teen finds his own Energem and joins Tyler and Shelby on their pilgrimage to the Dinosaur Museum, where they learn they are a part of the elite team called the Power Rangers. They are entrusted with protecting the Energems from a fierce bounty hunter named Sledge, who has returned and is more determined than ever to capture the Energems for himself.

503 – A Fools Hour (2/21)
Sledge arrives on Earth to confront Keeper and the Rangers. He gives them a deadline to return the Energems, but coming up with a plan to fight back gets compromised when Tyler goes after Fury on his own. Can the Rangers figure out how to work as a team?

504 – Return Of The Caveman (2/28)
Chase tries to help Koda adapt to modern day technology after he struggles to learn how to ride their new high tech Dino Cycles. But when they are caged in a cave by one of Sledge’s monsters, Koda must rely on his caveman instincts to escape and save his friend.

In what appears to be a a complete accident at least one copy of the Shout! Factory Super Sentai Zyuranger DVD Set has made it’s way to a happy owner ahead of it’s February 17th release!

Twitter user @TucsonPRZealot has just let the world know that he’s received his Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger set early! And he’s been kind enough to share in hand images of this sets packaging along with screen caps of the menus and a tease of the subtitles!

In late 2014 Bandai of America shipped the 5 Morphin Madness winners an early prize. In addition to the limited edition Ranger Key set they were working on for them these 5 individuals received early releases of the Gold Legendary Morpher which included Gold colored keys of the SUper Megaforce Red Ranger & Mighty Morphin Red Rangers.

As of today we have the first sighting of this set at retail at Toys R Us! The Toys R Us Exclusive Gold Legendary Morpher set was spotted by twitter user @OmegaRedRanger at his local TRU. In a week filled with new Ranger Key Packs & a new Morpher release the hunt really is on for Ranger Nation!

As you’re well aware by now – new Power Rangers Super Megaforce Ranger Keys featuring your favorite sixth Rangers and female Rangers were found all over the eastern United States yesterday! The “are they or aren’t they” keys are now officially “they are”, and many fans rushed to their local Toys’R’Us stores in hopes of finding them and many were successful. One such individual was YouTube user Long’s Toys – not only was he one of the first to spot the new keys, but he’s taken the time to review all of the 8 new sets! We’re sharing his videos below! Many fans are speculating that there will be another wave as the items that were listed in Toys’R’Us computers were not all represented in this case assortment – most notably the Power Rangers Wild Force Key Pack B, Power Rangers Operation Overdrive Key Pack B, Power Rangers Jungle Fury Key Pack B, and Power Rangers Dino Thunder Key Pack B as well as others.
