In one world the life of the average human has been made better by Hide Intelligence’s Humagears. When their founder, Korenosuke Hiden, passed away the responsibilities of president passed on to his grandson, Aruto. Authorized to use the Progrise Keys & Zero-One Driver, he fought to build a world where Humans & Humagers could coexist, as Kamen Rider Zero-One! But in another world, where Humagears exterminate humans, Aruto is on the run. His company lost, his driver taken, teaming up with Kamen Rider Zi-O, and relying on a Forceriser given to him by a mysterious stranger, Aruto fights to bring his world back and begin a new generation of heroes as Kamen Rider Zero Zero-One!

Zero Zero-One is Aruto’s movie exclusive form from Reiwa: The First Generation. The S.H. Figuart of this design is much like the actual suit, an amalgam of parts from multiple characters. Zero Zero-One features a mix of body parts from Kamen Rider Horobi, as well as a surprising number of parts carried over or slightly remolded from Build villain Night Rogue and vis various remolds, all while featuring a brand new Zero-One head sculpt. And while this release doesn’t come with much, only a few pairs of hands, it’s a striking design that’s sure to accent your ever growing Zero-One Figuarts collection.

Courage, Wisdom, & Heart. Travelling to Earth in the mighty Pyramidas, Trey of Triforia carried with him the awesome powers of the Zeo Gold Ranger! Aiding the Power Rangers whenever a new threat appeared, the Gold Ranger rushed onto the battlefield. And although Trey had to pass his powers to Jason Lee Scott for a time, this golden hero is tough to defeat. After helping the rangers to defeat the Machine Empire once and for all, Trey remained an ally of Earth for years to come in the battles against both the Alliance of Evil and the Armada. After all, once a ranger, always a ranger.

Quick as lightning, strong as steel, this galler is for real! We kick off Toku Toy Box season this year with our gallery of the Power Rangers Lightning Collection Zeo Gold Ranger! This release marks the figure’s debut in the retail line after previously being exclusive to the SDCC 2019 2-pack with the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger. And this release of the mold is also as the original user of the powers, Trey of Triforia. So of course this retail release includes a new unmasked head for Trey, but it also includes a new version of the Golden Power Staff as well as a recolor of the energy effect included with the last release. Once again it’s the time of year that the community and our staff love most – time for all of us to celebrate our respective holidays & traditions with the friends and loved ones we hold dear. Though this year things will look quite different on that front, due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic. One thing that we can guarantee isn’t changing though, is our annual giveaway Toku Toy Box! Every year at this time TokuNation.com celebrates the wider tokusatsu community as well as itself. On January 4th 2021, we officially mark 9 years since TokuNation first went public as part of the network of  TFW2005.COM, ToyArk.com, HissTank.com and PWRRNGR.com, through the hard work of both network owner Tony_Bacala and our founder and original Editor-In-Chief, TokuChris.

For 9 years now we’ve posted news, rumors, toy galleries, videos, and even dabbled in podcasts for a bit (never forget Talkin Toku!). As times have changed we’ve done our best to change with them, delivering you content in different ways, covering new and exciting topics, trying to improve our social outreach, and covering toylines new and old as they come and go. But the one true constant that’s been with us since our first year, that you can expect every year? The Toku Toy Box giveaway!

Like years’ past, TokuNation is hosting this annual holiday giveaway open to ALL registered users! You’ll recall that in years’ past giveaways, users could post in a selection of galleries within the contest period to automatically be entered into the drawing for a variety of prizes. Like last years giveaway, not only will we be posting a number of eligible galleries throughout the month of December, but every gallery we’ve posted in 2020 also makes you eligible! In the year 2025 Space Patrol Delta protects the galaxy and Earth, from threats both terrestrial and extra. And the SPD B-Squad has done a valiant job defending Earth since the mysterious disappearance of the A-Squad Rangers. But facing their toughest enemies yet, and even with the help of Shadow Ranger, they may not be enough. In their darkest hour, a mysterious being of light arrives to turn the tide in the fight against Emperor Grumm and his legions. A force from the future has returned to his past to save it! SPD Omega Ranger!

The SPD Omega Ranger arrives in the Lightning Collection and brings along with him his signature ride, the Uni-Force Cycle! This two-pack was a pretty big surprise earlier this year and we’re happy to report it’s turned out very nicely indeed. Featuring all the articulation hallmarks of the line, the Omega Ranger is another stunner of a release. Paired up with his own vehicle, this is by far one of the coolest and most complete feeling releases in the line and definitely sets the bar high for future special sets.

It is the Summer of Training. And while mentoring Todoroki’s inconsistent practice of the Taiko drum, and even bestowing the Ongekibou to both Todoroki & Ibuki, Kamen Rider Hibiki furiously trains himself. Faster, stronger, hotter. Burning brighter than he ever has before, Hibiki must master the rhythm of his core and burn like fire! Without it, the deadly Dorotabou will continue to multiply, wreaking havoc on the local villages. With an inferno of strength raging in his heart, Hibiki explodes into a new form, Kamen Rider Hibiki Kurenai!

Hibiki Kurenai is the first new figure that Kamen Rier Hibiki himself has received in the 6 years since his original S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou release. And explosive is the best descriptor for. A gorgeous redeco of the base Hibiki mold, this fiery repaint brings all the articulation hallmarks of this line with it. But more than that it comes armed with a vast array of accessories and weapons like the Disc Animals, Onkaku, Ongekibou and the Onizume! As the 5th release in the Hibiki Seihou line, what can we expect next of the Oni Riders?

When the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers freed Tommy Oliver from Rita Repulsa’s control, the prophecy was fulfilled and the Green Ranger, joined the side of good to defend the Earth. In one world. Once free in another, Tommy became something else entirely, Lord Drakkon. He ruled over a shattered world where only the Coinless stood against him. No longer a Power Ranger, Kimberly Hart continued fighting for her world, until she was manipulated by Lord Drakkon. Cursed with the Bow of Darkness, Kimberly became his tool. She became his Ranger Slayer. Her path has been full of darkness, but once a ranger always a ranger….

The Ranger Slayer joins the line as a part of Wave 5, along side the MMPR Blue Ranger, Time Force Red, and Trey of Triforia. Only the 2nd Boom! Studios inspired figure in the line, after Lord Drakkon, Ranger Slayer builds on the imperfect releases of the MMPR Pink & Yellow Rangers to give us our first really great female figure in the line. Armed with her own Blade Blaster, the Bow of Darkness, a triple shot arrow & arrow energy effect part, Ranger Slayer really is one of our favorite releases in the line thus far.

Today’s geek culture has taken a serious hit thanks to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19.  We have seen the staples in the convention world shut down with a shift to offering only a spattering of the content we’re used to, sometimes behind a paywall.  Power Rangers fans will no doubt know that both Power Morphicon and RangerStop were forced to postpone their shows until next year at the earliest – there is no guarantee conventions will ever resume like they used to.

TokuNation is proud to announce our participation with The Viewing Globe – a Power Rangers Online Fan Experience for this Labor Day Weekend (September 4th through September 6th).  This is a free convention created by fans of Power Rangers and tokusatsu in general.
