This certainly has been a busy month hasn’t it? One of the most anticipated movies of this year is the upcoming Godzilla movie. Recently, the first wave of the toy line was released and site contributor and good friend of ours baltmatrix decided to splurge on most of the first wave of toys. And when he buys toys, he sits down and records himself playing with them. Today, he shows us a video of the relatively small package of the Godzilla Pack of Destruction set, which features a small Godzilla figure, a city ripe for destroying, and a really small, tasty-looking jet. Check out the video below!

Don’t forget to subscribe to baltmatrix’s video channel so you can stay up to date on all his video reviews. This set looks to be a fun, affordable set for collectors and kids alike. TokuNation is back to another look at the initial offerings from Bandai’s Godzilla 2014 toyline! Today Photo & Content contributor conundrum has been kind enough to share images of the Godzilla Destruction City Set!

This set let’s you build, and then obviously destroy, your own scale generic city. Included are not 1 but 2 monsters for your destructive pleasure as well. The titular Godzilla of course, and the other creature we’ve seen rumor and speculation of for months, Muto!

Numerous reports have come in just in the last 2 weeks that Godzilla 2014 toys are finally hitting store shelves ahead of the films May 16th release date. As it happens I wound up being one of the lucky people to stumble across an Atomic Roar Godzilla today!

This figure of course features the iconic roar and Atomic Breath of the king of monsters. Though it may seem like a simple figure at first glance, it does a great job of conveying the detail of this new iteration of Godzilla. And honestly it’s a great and affordable representation of the character. For it’s price point it’s definitely worth a look.

It’s time for another (new look at the Godzilla 2014 film from Legendary Pictures! Much of the footage and dialogue is what we’ve seen and heard previously but there are some new scenes sprinkled in as well. Watch the video bellow to see! And remember, Godzilla destroys theaters on May 16th!

Scifi Japan has posted an exclusive 1st look at the upcoming Toho Godzilla Collection double feature blu-rays by Sony. This is a great way to catch up on the adventures of Godzilla, in HD! This collection includes:

  • GODZILLA VS. KING GHIDORAH (1991) + GODZILLA AND MOTHRA: THE BATTLE FOR EARTH (1992)
  • GODZILLA VS. MECHAGODZILLA II (1993) + GODZILLA VS. SPACEGODZILLA (1994)
  • GODZILLA VS. DESTOROYAH (1995) + GODZILLA VS. MEGAGUIRUS (2000)
  • GODZILLA: TOKYO S.O.S. (2003) + GODZILLA: FINAL WARS (2004)

NECA has revealed the first images of their Godzilla 2014 figure offerings!

The painted figures you see are that of the approximate 6 to 7 inches tall and 12 inches long variety, while the resin prototypes are for the larger 12 inches tall and 24 inches long figures.  Many of these figures are estimated to release in May, and assumed pricing can be seen through our site sponsor BigBadToyStore.com.

Last week reports started to trickle in of Godzilla 2014 toy product making it to store shelves across the country. IDW’s Chris Mowry teased us with what he found at retail too. Well it seems for everyone else the wait is finally over! ToyArk member Trivial Psychic stumbled across the gargantuan Jakks 24″ Godzilla figure at his local Toys ‘R’ Us and was kind enough to share images of the beast!
