S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Woz Revealed

Posted on February 21, 2019 at 10:48 am by Den-O under Kamen Rider

“Woz! WOZ!”

It’s that time of the month and Figure Oh scans are making their way out into the wild. This month, thanks to twitter user @Tesuka_ we have our very first look at S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Woz!

In a rather surprising turn of events it would appear that Kamen Rider Woz is a retail release. This means that all 3 main riders from Zi-O will be non-exclusive releases. This stands in contrast to last season, as Kamen Rider Build himself was a retail release while Cross-Z, Grease, and Rogue all wound up as exclusives. So Zi-O is taking a play out of Ex-Aids book by making the primary 3 retail releases at least.

Woz is headed to collectors in July 2019 for 5940 yen. Keep an eye out for a full set of official images as well as pre-orders in the near future.

S.H. Figuarts Hell Bros Gallery

Posted on February 18, 2019 at 3:13 pm by Den-O under Kamen Rider, TokuNation, TokuNation Site Updates, TokuNation Spotlights

“Hell Bros. At your service.”

The orphans Fu & Rai Washio were indoctrinated by Juzoburo Nanba, and raised to be weapons for the 3-sided war for the nation. Making use of the Nebula Steam Gun, the Washio brothers became Engine Bros & Remocon Bros! However, faced with the continued evolution of the Kamen Riders that threaten their master’s will, Fu Washio plays his trump card. Uniting the power of the Engine & Remocon Gears, Fu becomes Hell Bros!

S.H. Figuarts Hell Bros is another very familiar release for Build collectors. Using the iconic Night Rogue/Blood Stalk body for a base, Hell Bros builds on this with the gear theme inherited from the Bi-Kaisers. A gorgeous two-tone villain Hell Bros is armed with the versatile transforming Nebula Steam Gun system. If you have any experience with Rogue & Stalk, then you know this will be another great addition to your collection.

We’ve attached the full 55 image gallery to this post, but you also read our full review by clicking “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post. In a few days we’ll be back with the overlord of time & space himself, Kamen Rider Zi-O!

S.H. Figuarts Black King Revealed

Posted on February 14, 2019 at 6:35 pm by ZeoRangerV under Ultraman

The Ultraman S.H. Figuarts range has enjoyed a wide range of aliens and kaiju from both the original series and Ultraseven, but when the line moved onto Return of Ultraman last year things seemed to be awfully quiet in comparison. However fans of the adventures of Ultraman Jack can now rejoice, as Tamashii Nations reveal S.H. Figuarts Black King.

Appearing in episodes 37 and 38, a pivotal two-part story in the series and widely regarded as one of the best classic Ultra stories, Black King is the kaiju bodyguard of Alien Nackle. The S.H. Figuarts version will be released as a Tamashii web exclusive in July, with a price tag of 7560 yen. Preorders will open on February 16th.

Are you excited for more classic Ultra kaiju releases? Does this mean an S.H. Figuarts Alien Nackle could be on the way? Check out the full range of images and discuss this figure after the jump!

S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Great Cross-Z Gallery

Posted on February 11, 2019 at 12:00 pm by Den-O under Kamen Rider, TokuNation, TokuNation Site Updates

“Wake up Cross-Z! Get great dragon!”

Unable to transform, Ryuga Banjou can only watch helplessly as Kazumi & Gentoku struggle against Kamen Rider Evol. But the battle before him can also push Ryuga beyond his limits. Stealing the Evol Dragon Bottle that was made from his own DNA, Banjou will unlock the power necessary to evolve even further. Reborn with even greater strength Ryuga has become Kamen Rider Great Cross-Z!

S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Great Cross-Z is a very basic but definitely well executed repaint of the original Kamen Rider Cross-Z release. A gorgeous figure now decked out in an Evol themed color scheme, Great Cross-Z is a perfect companion piece to your Build collection and fantastic stand-in if you missed out on the original Cross-Z Figuart. Luckily this release also comes pack with all the same accessories as the first, so you won’t miss out on any of the extra hands or that sweet Beat Crosser. As a huge fan of the show, I’m really pleased to have Great Cross-Z and it’s getting me even more pumped for the upcoming Cross-Z Magma!

We’ve attached the full 60+ image gallery to this post, but you can also check out the full review thread for Great Cross-Z by clicking “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post. We’ll be back soon with another Build gallery for S.H. Figuarts Hell Bros!

Figuarts Blog Shares New Teaser Images of S.H. Figuarts Oma Zi-O

Posted on February 2, 2019 at 9:33 pm by Den-O under Kamen Rider

After the initial reveal of this figure in early January, we haven’t been offered much in the way of further updates for S.H. Figuarts Oma Zi-O. However, thanks to a new post on the official S.H. Figuarts Blog we have two new looks at the upcoming figure. While we still don’t have any sort of release or pricing details yet, we can certainly see that Oma Zi-O will be a lavish and ornate repaint of the first Zi-O Figuart.

The Figuarts Blog does mention to check back in regards to future releases, and we doubt that after seeing the figure twice now that it won’t see the light of day at some point. So as release details become available we’ll be sure to update you.

ULTRA HEROES TAMASHII Shanghai Exclusive Figuarts Announced

Posted on February 1, 2019 at 2:30 pm by ZeoRangerV under Ultraman

Throughout the month of March Bandai Tamashii Nations will be holding a special ULTRA HEROES TAMASHII event in Shanghai, China. As well as featuring displays of the previously released (and hopefully forthcoming) Ultraman Figuarts, the event will also have special commemorative items on sale. Among them are special “Ultra Heroes Tamashii Limited” versions of the previously released S.H. Figuarts Ultraman Geed Primitive and S.H. Figuarts Jugglus Juggler figures!

Not much has been confirmed about these figures yet, but from these single images we can see that they will have more weathered colour schemes to their mainline counterparts (with Geed also featuring red eyes that more closely match his father Belial), as well as recoloured accessories. Geed’s Wrecking Burst effect part will be red and black (as opposed to the original’s blue and red), while Juggler’s Serpent-Hearted Blade will now have a red blade part.

ULTRA HEROES TAMASHII is a free event that will be held at the Shanghai Longshan Railway Bridge Tianchi from the 1st to 31st March. Both Figuarts will be available at the event and retail for 390 RMB each. Check out the full-sized images after the jump!

in a rather quick turn around, a recent update to the Tamashii Nation’s official web page for S.H.Figuarts Ultraman product, a teaser for S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Ginga was posted in addition to some new shots of Victory himself. Perfect for collectors looking to replace their Ultra-Act figure with something that’s more in scale with the new Figuarts product coming out.

S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Silver Fanged Knight Zero Gallery

Posted on January 24, 2019 at 10:30 am by Den-O under Garo, General Tokusatsu News, TokuNation, TokuNation Spotlights

“Why?! Why did you kill Shizuka?!”

Once an orphan, Ginga Suzumura became an inheritor of the Zero armor before his new life was shattered by the Dark Knight Kiba. The loss of his loved ones gave Ginga, now known as Rei, the determination needed to master the Zero armor, and seek revenge. Mistaking Garo for the murderous Kiba, the two heroes clashed before uniting to defeat the dark knight. Walking a lonely path no more, Bandai has given Rei the treatment he deserves as S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Zero!

Seihou Zero joins the previously released Garo as a much needed update for a character who’s deserved it for so long. For the first time in over a decade this character has been truly recreated in figure form. Zero brings to the line his stylish silver paint job, but also the deadly dual Ginroken. These curve blades can also combine into the massive Ginga Ginroken! A fantastic companion piece to Seihou Garo, we can only hope that more Makai Knights are on the way.

Check out our full 70 image gallery of S.H. Figuar0ts Shinkocchou Seihou Zero after the jump. Just click “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” to be taken to the full gallery and review. Next time we’re paying a visit to the Game Master once again!

Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Decade Neo Decadriver Version Confirmed

Posted on January 23, 2019 at 7:13 pm by Den-O under Kamen Rider

“Kamen Ride.”

Exactly 1 month ago, Bandai’s Figuarts Blog teased the return of a popular figure to the line. Seeing yet another surge in his already immense popularity thanks to a crossover in Kamen Rider Zi-O, Masahiro Inoue’s Kadoya Tsukasa/Kamen Rider Decade is coming back to destroy collector’s wallets once again with an updated Figuarts release!

The fantastic S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Decade is returning in a new Neo Decadriver Version, featuring the updated accessory used by Tsukasa as of his Zi-O appearances. It’s quite likely that since this version of the figure does indeed feature the Neo Decadriver that it will also come with the back half of the Heisei Rider cards of W through Build. Other accessories, as well as specific yen pricing are not known at this time. This figure will be released in  August 2019.

As is often the case with new reveals like this, we only have a selection of the proper official images as provided by @Tokullector. When the full listing goes up on the Tamashii Nations site we’ll update this story.
