Threezero are continuing their licensing onslaught with the Power Rangers, kicking things off with a massive FigZero 1/6th scale box set. The set includes all 5 core Rangers along with Tommy aka the Green Ranger. These are available in a collector box that folds open to show them all lined up. Each one will also be available individually of course, but if you want the whole team in one shot, this box set is what to aim for.

Threezero was kind enough to send through a set to review, and we are taking a look across the network. You can check out the Black and Blue Rangers here at TokuNation. These were due to ship in Q3 2021. As we all know by now, shipping is a mess globally so assume dates are shifting forward. Some folks who bought retail have received individual figures. A team of legendary rangers no one can ever beat! Go Go Power Rangers!!!

From the American superhero television series, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, threezero and Hasbro are proud to present 1/6th scale articulated figures based on the classic original series. The first six Power Rangers figures will be available for pre-order on December 16 at 09:00 HKT (previous day, 08:00 EST) at https://www.threezerohk.com, threezero Tmall, and select threezero distribution partners. These figures are only available in selected markets.

The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers are approximately 12” (30cm) tall, fully-articulated collectible figures with hand-tailored fabric costumes, standard boots, and unique Mighty Morphin helmet. Each Power Ranger figure includes a utility belt, Blade Blaster holster, Blade Blaster, individual weapons, and four pairs of interchangeable hands.

The Power Rangers’ individual weapons may also be integrated into the Power Blaster by combining the Power Sword, Power Bow, Power Axe, Power Daggers, and Power Lance accessories; included separately with the core five Power Rangers figures. This powerful assembled weapon is used as a finisher on small monsters.

There was quite a bit of reveals today during Hasbro PulseCon 2021!  Between the Power Rangers Dino Fury cast panel, the Lightning Collection Panel, and the reveals from the BOOM! Studios Power Rangers Comics panel, there was quite a bit of news to reveal!

  • The six Power Rangers of Power Rangers Dino Fury joined by executive producer Simon Bennett

Hasbro Pulsecon 2021 is happening this coming Friday and Saturday, October 22 and 23rd, 2021.  To get everyone ready, Hasbro sent out a promotional mailer featuring some of the exclusives set to go up for order along with some items not due out for a bit.  We’ve run the box for a quick set of pics to show off the goods.  Included were:

under Kamen Rider, San Diego Comic Con

This year is going to be a very special San Diego Comic Con.  For starters, it’ll be the return of the largest geek and pop culture convention in the world after the global pandemic of 2020 and most of 2021.  But for fans of Kamen Rider it will also showcase the premiere of the Kamen Rider Zero One: REALxEYES movie!  Fans attending San Diego Comic Con 2021 (November 27th 2021) will be able to watch the premiere in-person!

For those unable or unwilling to do the convention scene, Tokushoutsu has announced the movie will be available to stream in January 2022 on Tokushoutsu.

Along with Kamen Rider Zero-One.

The Wal-Mart exclusive Power Rangers Retro line is getting some new additions!  Revealed today via HasbroPulse, we have our first look at:

  • 7 inch MMPR Dino Megazord Figure
  • 7 inch MMPR Thunder Megazord Figure
  • 7 inch Lost Galaxy Megazord Figure
  • 7 inch Ninja Storm Ninjakon Figure

These figures feature limited articulation and are 7 inches in height.  They are being packaged in exclusive VHS-style packaging to harken back to the days of VHS … if you don’t know what that is then it’s time for me to retire.

After being discovered in a store listing back in July, we have our first look at the upcoming Power Rangers Lightning Collection In Space Silver Ranger figure.

The figure includes his signature Silverizer weapon in both sword and gun modes as well as a very 90’s Zhane civilian head.  The paint on the figure looks to be a glossy silver which will make any and all Silver Ranger fans, of any series, incredibly excited for future Silver Ranger releases.

No release details are available at this time as Hasbro has yet to officially announce this figure.

We don’t like posting spoilers as news but this is something that absolutely needs celebration now and when it finally airs around the world.

In an episode of Power Rangers Dino Fury – which is airing new episodes in France – the Green Ranger (Izzy Garcia) is revealed to be in a relationship with a young woman named Fern.  Fans of Power Rangers know that the first “official” LGBTQ representation was in the 2017 Power Rangers movie.  The character Trini, played by Becky G, was implied as being LGBTQ but never truly outright stated in the movie (the director and cast would embrace the implication as such however).  There is no doubt left in the viewer’s mind after watching the episode of Power Rangers Dino Fury.

This is a huge moment in Power Rangers because the television show has notoriously skirted the issue of LGBTQ representation.  Caleb Bendit, who played the comedy character Monty in Power Rangers Ninja Steel, has stated publicly that he would portray his character as having romantic feelings for the character Victor but that he was told to tone it down by show-runners.  Even heterosexual relationships have been taboo in Power Rangers, with on-screen kisses being a big no-no (instead, characters showcase affection by holding hands).

Show-runner Simon Bennett has commented on the revelation of Izzy’s sexuality and openly stated that it was all signed off on by writers, producers, Nickelodeon, and Hasbro.

All we can say is – it’s about f-cking time!  See the clip below!  This episode of Power Rangers Dino Fury (Episode 13, “The Matchmaker” is scheduled to air on September 25th in the United States on Nickelodeon)

Three new figures have just been confirmed for the Power Rangers Lightning Collection!

First up is the long-teased Power Rangers In Space two-pack featuring the iconic villainess Astronema and her loyal guardian Ecliptor! This set will cost $52.99 and is scheduled for release in April 2022.

In addition, another villain joins the fray- the legendary Mighty Morphin monster maker Finster joins the Lightning Colleciton, complete with his case of Putty Patrol soldiers ready to bake. Finster will cost $26.49 and is also scheduled for release in April 2022.

Both these new Lightning Collection releases will be exclusive to Amazon.com!

Two new entries in the Power Rangers Lightning Collection have just been announced!

The iconic Ninja Ranger suits from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers’ third season will be joining the Lightning Collection with Ninja Black and Ninja Blue as first entries.

Both figures come with alternate heads and effects parts, including the legendary Ninjetti style from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie.

Lightning Collection Mighty Morphin Black Ninja Ranger & Mighty Morphin Blue Ninja Ranger will be available exclusively at TARGET stores. These figures are scheduled for release in January 2022 at a price of $26.49.

A team-up needs a proper villain!

The Lightning Collection adds one more Power Rangers X Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figure to its lineup: the infamous villain Shredder now equipped with the power of the Mighty Morphin Green Ranger!

Lightning Collection Morphed Shredder is Currently Available To Preorder on BigBadToyStore with an estimated release of April 2022. The price is a modest $32.99!
